The location is good, near MRT and BTS Asoke. It is 5-10 minutes walk away. The room is clean and comfortable. There is also a little kitchen which you can cook.

False advertising
Booked and paid for the non-refundable rate Sukhumvit 23 hotel and arrived after a long drive. The hotel was closed permanently. The guard told me to go to soi 16, which I found to be a completely different type of room than in the pictures. It was in fact a low quality apartment and not even close to what I’m used to staying in with citadines. Nothing was mentioned on the website and I couldn’t even get a refund. Citadines lost a long term guest. Nothing to do with the current situation either...it was a straight up scam

予約したのは、Soi23　クローズでSoi16に移動
今回Soi23のシタディーンを予約した。しかし、現在コロナの影響でClosedしており、Soi16に移動となった。Closedであるなら、予約は取るべきで無い。 Soi16のシタディーンでは、対応は非常に丁寧であり、今回の対応で部屋のアップグレードや朝食のサービスを受けた。Soi16の予約であれば、星を多くつけるが、今回の対応は、非常に問題があると考える。 コロナが落ち着いた後、再度予約し宿泊してみたい。

I worked here for two weeks when my job in Shanghai shut down due to the flu virus. It was functional for the purpose. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and well maintained. The gym is small but functional, as is the pool.

Clean solid hotel / no frills apartment near central business district. Close to Terminal 21, BTS and MRT stations. I would recommend this to a friend.

Comfortable stay
The shuttle service to the station is a nice gesture, as the sidewalks to the station are extremely uneven. Room is comfortable with a kitchenette and sitting area. Overall, a nice stay.

godt hotel
Super fint hotel midt i byen. Det er nemt og komme rundt da hotelletligger tæt på tog (over og under jorden) Poolen på taget giver mulighed for et dejligt afbræk, der er dog kun sol på om formiddagen. Masser af spise steder i nærheden
