Like : Located in business area close to electric rail way. (Have to ask for TukTuk ride for free). The room bigger than expect, AC and lighting works properly with touch controller on the wall, perfect!! Dislike : The sensor system of elevetor is too short, it dangerous for children and disabled. The mattress is too soft. Makes it easy to neck and back pain.

Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen Stern Punkt Abzug gibt es für die ungünstige Lage und das etwas lieblose Pooldeck.

For the most part, it was a comfortable stay, however for the money we paid, it was very underwhelming. The gym was basic and barely had enough space. I ended up having to train outside of the gym. The pool was often unmanned and there were minimal towels. There is also limited sun areas - which o was specifically looking for when selecting a pool. Other than that, the staff were friendly, the restaurant staff were polite and friendly, the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The shower made a huge mess and leaked which was annoying, but again, due to the price we paid, I expected more for my money.

The morning buffet is very good, thai food and western food, excellent expresso coffee, salads, fruits, fresh fruit juces, choice of different breads and backery. One thing to note is you have to deposit 2000 THB or 100 USD in cash on arrival, they do not accept deposit using a credit card, be prepared and make sure to convert a bit of money in the airport. They give you back your deposit at checkout. The hotel is perfect but beware the sidewalk in the street, it is in a bad condition. Great staff, great service, i will come back in the future.

I had surgery at Bumrungrad International Hospital, and literally, they just wheelchaired me from my hospital bed to my hotel bed. My two weeks of follow-up were so convenient. The staff went out of their way to help me eat according to my post-surgery dietary needs - even pureeing soups!

Excellent choice for Bumungrad
The breakfast is the same every day. No variety. Also, not enough fruit choices. It is a great location if you are using the hospital. The pool is really nice too.

If you are visiting the Bumrungrad Hospital this is a great place to stay you can walk out the back and be right across the street. The rooms were clean and tidy. The included breakfast was good. The staff was very kind and helpful. Only negative things: office chair in room was not able to fully raise and there was a strong smell of curry food in the room. Overall it was pleasant.

Convenient to Hospital.
We choose the Best Western because it is the closest to Bumrungrad Hospital. For that they get 5stars. The staff is very lovely and they helped with the wheelchair. They need to improve the mattresses in the rooms. Very saggy and uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the couch. Also with a hotel so close to the hospital, it would be wise to install handicap rails in the bathroom of more rooms. They don’t cost much and make outpatients feel more secure.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Modern, clean, great area, perfect pool and great friendly staff. Excellent price, Please check laundry prices prior to doing any laundry , due to my error of not checking the prices I acquired the most expensive laundry bill in my life.

Spotless comfortable hotel at a great price
My son used this hotel as he was unwell and needed to be near a hospital. It was so easy to book on Hotels.com app very last minute and also extended another night no hassle. My son said the room was spotless with a big comfy bed, lovely shower and huge TV. The breakfast was really nice as well. A really good price for a hotel that had air conditioning, free breakfast and a pool with friendly staff and extremely clean. Thank you
