Hi Peter Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent stay with us. Unfortunately, the carpet had been damaged by previous guests and it has taken slightly longer to match a replacement and we are sourcing alternatives. Our housekeeping team were sent to investigate your claims and found a small amount of mould on a curtain which we have now remedied. As our maintenance team do regular tests on electrical appliances we were surprised to hear about the ‘deferred maintenance’ The appliances in the room were tag and tested only the week prior, however we did notice a disconnected power point on the bottom wall without a cover. We have taken steps to sort this out too. Regarding the phone it is securely mounted but can easily be lifted off which seems to be what has happened in this case. We are also looking for options to remove these altogether. We thank you once again for bringing these to our attention and we value all feedback as this improves our standards. We hope the rest of your experience was up to your expectations.
