Book my room over a month in advanced to make sure that we had the room we needed - 1 King size bed and 2 queen size beds. When we arrived, we were told that our room was sold to someone else and that the only thing that was available was 2 double beds. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. We have 5 adults, one of whom is disabled. Because of the change in the time of when our event started, my wife had to deal with the accommodations so that I could get through Atlanta traffic. My wife indicated that the staff, while they did eventually provide a room, blamed overbooking on the problem they had. I am not sure how that could have been the case when I reserved my room over 45 days prior the day we were to arrive to start our vacation. Needless to say, this did not help start our vacation off in a happy way. I would like to speak to management about what can be done.
