My room was Nasty! Walls were stained with I don’t know what. Beds has stain and small brown spots. Floor had sticky stains by the bed. Tub was rusted, peeling and had hair in it.

Hotel smelled of drugs. My family couldn’t swim because pool was shut down during our stay. Curse words written and carved into elevators. Room was not cleaned all the way. My family and I was suppose to stay two nights but checked out a day early. Breakfast was not good either. Don’t recommend this hotel especially with kids.

The room was what I expected but the lady checking in in the front of me had all kinds of issues with her form of payment and it seemed to take forever and when I checked out I had to go to the second floor for a luggage cart and to the third floor to find a working ice machine the young lady at the desk was doing her best and kudos to her but if you want to change these prices you need to execute

Pool area looked horrible the pool has a film on top of the water and it was to still to be filtering!! I wouldn’t have swimmed there if they paid me.! Our room need work the shower was definitely dirty and the water pressure was poor

I got sick because the pool was not cleaned properly me and four others that was staying in the hotel was sick it messed up my whole weekend I need a refund and a do over. But the hotel room was clean staff was nice

Room was clean. Massive wall crack above AC unit. Broken worn out screen in window flapping in the windy. Peeling paint above window. Bath caulking needs replacing- moldy And finally the mattress and pillows need to go! So old, not much sleep

Title: A Mediocre Stay at Comfort Inn and Suites: A Brief Review Introduction: During my recent stay at Comfort Inn and Suites, I had mixed feelings about the overall experience. While there were some positive aspects, there were also several areas that fell short of my expectations. One of the highlights of my stay at Comfort Inn and Suites was the friendly and accommodating staff. From check-in to check-out, the hotel employees were polite and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or concerns. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Unfortunately, there were several aspects of my stay that left much to be desired. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. I noticed dust on surfaces, stains on the linens, and a musty odor that lingered throughout my stay. This lack of cleanliness was disappointing and impacted my overall comfort. Furthermore, the amenities provided were not up to par. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and slow, making it difficult to stay connected and complete necessary tasks. Additionally, the fitness center was poorly maintained, with outdated equipment and limited options for exercise. In conclusion, my stay at Comfort Inn and Suites was mediocre at best. While the staff was friendly and the location convenient, the lack of cleanliness and subpar amenities were significant drawbacks.

I have stayed here before and my room was good. This time not so much. There were patchy paint jobs all over the room. And the paint was peeling in some areas. The room was on the small side, the bathroom door when opened hit the door to come into the room. Service was ok but they did not give me the king size room I booked online.

I never saw any recycling collection units. The curtains should go all the way across to block out the light completely. There was paint bubbled and flaking off the wall in our room.

Very disappointed in our stay. If I had gone back far enough in the reviews, I would have noticed that there was no longer a hot tub. The property description absolutely still has one listed. Also, the pool had a weird film covering it throughout our entire stay, and while there were others swimming, we did not feel safe enough to swim with the unknown. The hotel was relatively clean and the breakfast was tasty. But overall would not stay again due to the pool/hot tub issue.

Clean hotel but the breakfast was a little lackluster. The pool was also closed while we were there which was disappointing as my kids were looking forward to swimming. The beds were comfortable but outside traffic noises made for a very loud room.

Great beds. Hotel is older, and the rooms show their age. Breakfast was biscuits, eggs, sausage/bacon, waffles, danishes, yogurt, etc. Walls are pretty thin.

I request a room transfer shortly after checking in because a huge bug exited into hallway from the large open space at the base of doorway. Front desk made the process a bit uneasy as she mentioned that no bugs were visible after a quick walk through. She also mentioned that no trail was left behind by the bug(s). Excuse me!

It was a comfortable stay, the hotel room was decent. But, parts of the hotel (the common areas) showed signs of wear and tear.
