Dear Guest, We were very sorry to read your review, especially since you’ve been with us before and quite happy. We are always trying to improve our services and we were happy to complete our Apartments’ renovation this (tough in general…) year. The Hotel’s corridors are not, yet, renovated and they are indeed very tired, but not dirty. All apartments are equipped with 2 new TVs but, there is always possibility of damage, and we were sorry that you had one of the two not working. We are always ready to assist our guests in any way possible and though we were fully booked during your stay, we did arrange to change your room, as we felt obliged to do. The cleaning lady told you that the new room had to be set up for 4 pax because it was already clean but arranged for 2 pax. This explains how the room was ready within 10 minutes, as she promised you. Almost all our apartments provide a small kitchenette, but, due to pandemic, we are not allowed to equip it before the guests request it. That way, we make sure that none of each room’s changing guests may share equipment prior washing. Upon request, all guests receive what they need. Our Pool is cleaned every day and we take all necessary measures for our guests’ safety. Still, this is not enough if all our guests do not respect the basic rules of maintaining a clean pool. For example, and since your comment concerns the Baby Pool, most moms allow their children to get in the pool without a shower and with plenty of sunscreen applied on. …The outcome is, of course, not pleasant. As a sum up, we need to assure you that we highly value all our guests’ comments and we inform all our personnel for any slip/ infelicity in order to become better each time. We remain at your disposal and still hope to earn back your trust and have you with us again!
