Charming old hotel in the center of beautiful Arezzo. Nice room, serviceminded staff, and a clean bathroom. The location of the hotel is perfect with only a short walk to the old part of the town which is really beautiful, and full of small cafes and restaurants, and little shops. It’s only half an hour by train to Florence, and next time I go to Italy I will stay at this hotel again, to see more of both Arezzo and Florence.

Hotel da ristrutturare
Hotel veramente fatiscente ed in pessime condizioni. Avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione totale. Lontanissimo dallo standard 4 stelle visto lo stato. Personale comunque gentile, nulla da eccepire a riguardo

Great location, less than 300 ft (100 m) from the train station, walkable evrywhere. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is small (European style), and the water pressure was literally a trickle. The first evening there was no hot water for several hours, so I had a very invigorating cold one. It helped with the heat later though. The breakfast is good, although there are no heaters under the trays, so you may have to enjoy some cold scrambled eggs. The sweets are great. The hotel is not expensive even during season so fair value for the money

有歷史的飯店，飯店有小酒吧很方便，距離熱鬧市區和火車站近，交通方便 但無熱水壺等配備，泡茶泡咖啡較不方便

Ottima struttura a due passi dal centro storico e ben servita nelle vicinanze da diversi parcheggi. Personale molto cordiale e gentile, pulizia e servizi della camera più che soddisfacenti. Abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro cagnolino e non è stato applicato alcun supplemento. Solamente la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata, scelta di dolci nella media. Alla fine per un soggiorno di qualche giorno è un'ottima struttura

Lei non ha mai soggiornato da noi avendo cancellato la prenotazione alla quale non è stata neppure applicata la dovuta penale di annullamento. Anzi, mi stupisco che si possa valutare una struttura senza averci soggiornato

Hotel in buona posizione nella città; si presenta bene come pulizia e come cura dell’arredamento. Noi abbiamo preso una suite (Petrarca) molto piacevole. Una cosa che ci ha meravigliato è stata che l’impiegato della reception ci raccomandasse un garage a 17 euro, mentre un garage appena poco più lontano avevamo visto che costava 3 euro al giorno e, addirittura, in questo periodo del mercatino di Natale, 1 euro al giorno. Inoltre, colazione varia, ma con dolci/cornetti chiaramente non fatti in casa e neanche di fornaio.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Arezzo! You can not beat the rooftop terrace for views over the city. All the staff were wonderful and so helpful when our fridge didn’t work they kept wine in the kitchen fridge chilling for us. We loved our stay here and we would definitely come back!

No air condition in the room, no iron…. We have to sleep with open windows and the noice was so loud… No one sleeps well, not me not my wife. The hotel BEAUTIFUL that’s it

Posizione centrale, facilmente raggiungibile. Poco pulito ed all'arrivo c è stata consegnata una stanza non ancora pronta e sempre in disordine dal cliente precedente.Odore sgradevole in ascensore.

Very loud in a street facing room- no air conditioning so too hot to sleep comfortably. The front desk staff was not very pleasant. The bartender, house cleaner and servers for breakfast were great!

We choose the location because it was a block from the train. We were staying just for the night. The staff was very nice and most helpful giving restaurant advice plus sites to see. We left are luggage the next day while we went to visit friends . That was helpful because we had checked out.

Hôtel très bien placé mais personnel pas franchement aimable ni compétent pour donner des conseils touristiques. L’hôtel est très bien mais un peu “ old fashioned” et un peu de modernisation serait bienvenue. La vue de la terrasse est superbe.

Bell'hotel in posizione strategica per la visita dei principali monumenti della città. Camera confortevole e silenziosa, colazione a buffet abbondante e variegata. Parcheggio non disponibile nella struttura ma possibilità di utilizzare parcheggi nelle vicinanze. Ottima esperienza!

Handy little hotel for the station
We booked Hotel Continentale because we were arriving by train and it’s very close to the station. We only stayed one night but were sad to leave. Beautiful decor inside, comfy room and friendly staff. So close to the old town centre too.
