It was difficult to find. Then getting in the parking area was terrible. Underground parking was ok when you finally found it. But no elevator. For a handicapped person difficult to walk the stairs. Nobody told us how to get in front of building. Did see cars parked there.

The rooms at this hotel were as expected from the description and pictures online. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean.
There is a tram stop right outside the hotel to let you get to the central part of the city fast.
Because this hotel is a distance from the city center there are few restaurants near by and the hotel has no food service. The included breakfast was standard for a holiday inn express in Europe.
The A/C was not working because it’s winter, which makes no sense. Windows to the room would only open 10cm. If you want any sort of air flow or fresh air your options are to listen to the noise from the street with the window open or nothing. It’s not unrealistic to expect a working air system no matter what time of the year it is.
Internet was fast and reliable. No problems streaming videos or having zoom calls.

What a great hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised. Stayed In a double room which was very spacious. Lovely breakfast (continental) each morning with plenty of everything. Very easy to get in and out of the city with tram directly outside. Staff very friendly. We will definitely be back. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Rooms were well equiped, central licatiin, easy acces to downtown area with publuc transportation.
Buy a daypass and you good to go for 24 hrs for Only 7.5 euro pp.
Very convenient location close to MAS - we even had a view of MAS and the harbour. Very nice. All of Antwerp in biking range and Velo bikes right outside.

The hotel in general is excellent. No change from our first experience on our first trip ten years ago when there were much roadworks in progress.. Antwerp has been an annual trip ever since for our group. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Despite the walking distance from the Grote Markt (18-20 minutes) where we would meet friends who where staying close to Antwerp Central Station as they still had qualifying pre-pandemic bookings. The breakfast included proved good value for money.

The hotel staff were lovely and the buffet was a bonus at breakfast. Our only complaint was we’re on floor 6 and it was just too warm. We tried air con etc but it didn’t seem to help things. This just made it uncomfortable to sleep or visit was April and temperatures were less than 20c

At the time of chrck-in, the receptionist was not helping around accommodating a car parking and she did not even bother to try. Customer comes to hotels expecting a convenient parking situation and definitely that wasnt the case!

When booking it states free buffet but at the hotel they say it's complementary. Due to Covid it's a take away breakfast. We had to face a bad experience with the breakfast. When order from is filled they decide the quantity of choices so, it's not buffet and If to much breakfast they reduced or do not give. So be careful if not you could be embarrassed. All other and room facilities good.

Smart, clean hotel, with excellent, friendly staff.
Hotel car park is VERY expensive, but fortunately there is free on-street parking overnight (10h00 - 09h00).
Breakfast buffet is very good value and offers a wide selection.
Will definitely stay here again.

This is a very reliable hotel. Always clean and the staff is super friendly. not a high-end hotel but it does a great job. Free breakfast is always a plus.
