Very Clean and quite. Newly renovated rooms are so amazing. Best place to stay in this price. More than worth of its price.

Had to pay for stay to get key to room, desk clerk didn't understand English which created problems, Property was not updated and had stains on walls. No heat in the room, promised to cancel transaction and did not. Overall, a poor experience

The outside was a little run down but the room was extremely clean. The person noticed it was two in the room and gave us extra towels at check in without needing to ask.

Very tired motel, likely built in the 50s. But price is right and room was clean and beds comfortable. Solid WiFi. Good tight budget option.

You cannot check inn after 12:00 am. Rooms smelled bad and the beds were very uncomfortable. Rooms were very outdated.

The place is outdated and smells very musty. Checking in was great. The room itself was clean and ive never seen a bed made better😁.

The room smelled like it had never been cleaned. There were trash and left overs from the previous guests.

This is definitely a budget hotel. It was clean and the people nice. The beds were very hard and there were some very soft spots on the floor. The one frill it had in this very no frills place was an ice machine. It was acceptable but not at all fancy.

The staff was great, unfortunately the internet was down, which means no TV except basic cable.and my phone can't get online. So that stunk. Very old hotel .not in the greatest condition. On the plus side It was quite.and the beds were ok.

Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Had reservation payment info ready when I arrived. Property was clean but dated motel. Room was clean and had mini fridge and microwave. Rug seemed newer. Bed matress comfortable. No evidence of bed bugs. Bathroom dated and in need of updating. Tub shower had cracked seam tape and not caulk. Bath linoleum should be replaced. No plastic cups in room. Overall it was decent for the low price.

Staff was friendly and had my reservation ready. Room was clean. Carpet and mattress seemed new. Bathrooms need some updating, but ok. No plastic cups or tissues in the room. TV was full cable plus many streaming options. Has wifi. Overall it met my needs and expectations.

Pros: The check-in was quick The staff seemed very accommodating. Decent wifi Cons: Racial Profiling as of 12-10-22 in Wellsville NY is rampant (the motel just happens to be located there). The motel could really use a makeover. The television/cable took some work to get going.

Needs updating. It was very comfortable and it had a microwave and refrigerator. TV worked good. Close to town.

Didn’t expect too much , was just looking for a bed near a charity clinic.However bed bugs eating me up was not what I planned on.Secondary was stained carpets and holes in bed spread. The good thing was the firm mattress so I did sleep fairly well except leaving a blood trail on the sheets in the morning from the bites's or sub conscious wiping the bugs off my head in the night

The Budget Inn is a quaint traditional Motel, very noatalgic. The motel was recently acquired by new owners and they are doing a lot to renew it. The local manager is very helpful and quick to respond to service requests. We had a problem with the bathroom and he was quick to help. The owner was even kind enough to rebate some of our payment for our troubles. The Budget Inn is a great value and a quiet location out of town.

Best option in Wellsville, for the price.
I stayed 6 nights. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was old and the carpet needs replaced. No soap, shampoo, or coffee provided in my room. The manager of the hotel was personable and accommodating. Not many options around Wellsville. I got what I paid for.

Booked a 2 queen size room. Received reservation confirmation. Upon arrival the hotel had no documentation of my reservation. They stated they knew nothing of our reservation and did not have a suitable room for us. The good side was that the desk person took care of us. He gave us two rooms for what I should have paid for the one I booked, a king room and a queen room.
