Spacious but very, very shabby appartment, poor breakfast quality, we were asked to pay for bottles of water, which we eventually had for free after a complaint.

Das Frühstück hätten wir uns sparen können. Schon alleine die Räumlichkeiten im Restaurant, vergeht dir das Essen. Sonst war die Suite für 1 Nacht ok, aber eine 2 Nacht, hätten wir nicht mehr dort schlafen wollen.

Place is old. The rooms are spacious, but smell terrible. Hallways have rancid scent.

Good hotel in the city.
A huge room with full kitchen and living room. Great value for the price. Also situated nicely at a walking distance from world trade centre.

A convenient and affordable hotel to stay in. Excellent service from the staff there, Shahrukh was particularly helpful and helped us get around the city in the city in the hotels car. My biggest issues with the hotel were lack of facilities (no pool, but we knew that when we booked) and the slightly dated rooms/decor. All clean and tidy though.

Comfy Stay in AUH City
place is in prime location. walkable to mall and food establishment. having no car is not a problem as bus stop is also near. breakfast staffs in Yard Restaurant were so accommodating and they are open 24hours.

Not the best but nice employees
The employees are really kind, the hotel looks good but is a little old, it needs to be refreshed. The cleaning could be better in the bathroom. The breakfast didn’t worth it, the coffee wasn’t good, the orange juice is not made with oranges and there’s not a lot of choice. It’s ok to stay one night especially thanks to the welcoming and helpful employees.

Der Aufenthalt im Eclipse war sehr gut, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Check in und out total unkompliziert. Frühstück war auch ok, Service im Apartement sehr gut. Durchaus zu empfehlen.

Leider nicht wie erwartet.
Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Hotel Eclipse Boutique Suites zu übernachten und möchte gerne meine Erfahrungen teilen. Leider muss ich sagen, dass ich mit meinem Aufenthalt nur bedingt zufrieden war, vor allem aufgrund des Zustands des Hotels und dem Lärm Nachts durch andere Hotelgäste. Zunächst einmal fiel mir bereits bei meiner Ankunft auf, dass das Hotel einige Renovierungsarbeiten nötig hat. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche wie die Lobby und der Flur wirkten etwas abgenutzt und veraltet. In meinem Zimmer waren einige Abnutzungserscheinungen sichtbar, wie z.B. fleckige Sofas und abgegriffene Möbel. Es wirkte nicht besonders einladend und komfortabel. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war der Lärm im Hotel. Nachts war es laut und schwierig, zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Wände schienen dünn zu sein, denn ich konnte deutlich die Geräusche aus den benachbarten Zimmern hören. Nichtsdestotrotz gibt es auch positive Aspekte, die erwähnt werden müssen. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Alles in allem würde ich dem Hotel eine mittelmäßige Bewertung geben. Wenn der Zustand des Hotels verbessert und der Lärmpegel reduziert werden könnten, wäre es definitiv ein angenehmerer Aufenthalt gewesen.

A Solidly Good Place To Relax
We had a large suite and it was superb. The restaurant was very good for breakfast and the chef skilful... Excellent dinner ordered from our room. Bathroom needed updating still very clean. Courteous and profesional staff. BRAVO

Kitchen The washing machine drawer was broken and there was a cockroach inside the drum. The microwave was filthy. The ceiling needed painting. Bathroom There was mould around the bathtub, and when you open the door the ceiling tiles lifted up and was covered in greasy handprints. The towels were all old and stained and we had to ask several times to have them replaced before they gave us new ones. Living Room The rug was dirty and the room had a musty smell to it. Bedrooms The windows were so filthy you could barely see through them and one pillow was dirty and stained.

Good Hotel and Staff. Room spacious and with washer machine. Breakfast buffet was good with all the basic to eat. The only thing was the early check in fee, our foight arrive early in the morning and we had to pay150AED ($40) fee

Big apartment with huge room and kitchen. However dated and not super clean. The TV didn’t work and there was a smell . Value for money is great especially if you are a lot but for romantic holiday I would suggest elsewhere Staff is great

Vieux, à rafraichir d'urgence
Appart hotel très viellot. L'appartement pue la cigarette froide, malgré un coup de désodorisant par le staff suite à notre demande. L'odeur revient après quelques heures tellement elle est imprégné dans le mobilier, moquette et sol. Petit déjeuner tout pourrie, rare de voir un buffet aussi nul aux UAE. Digne d'un 1 étoile et encore. Un montant double de la taxe de séjour à régler nous a été demandé au check in. Hotels.com devraient nous rembourser la différence, l'erreur semblant venir de leur part. Staff très sympa, mais ça ne rattrape pas le manque de rafraichissement.

LAS HABITACION MUY OBSCURA, LAS CAMAS MUY INCOMODAS, LAS TV DEMASIADO PEQUEÑAS Y VIEJAS, NO ES POSIBLE QUE TENGA SOLO UN BAÑO PARA LAS DOS HABITACIONES, PESIMO QUE TENGA SOLO UN BAÑO !!!!!!! Y PESIMO QUE LA CLAVIJAS NO TENGAN PARA ENTRADA PARA ELECTRONICOS CON ENTRADA A 110V, LOS MUEBLES VIEJOS Y ANTIGUOS, LA VEDAD NO ME GUSTO EL DEPARTAMENTO DE DOS HABITACIONERS QUE ME DIERON.
