Dear Zsazsa We are delighted that you enjoyed our hospitality and grateful for your feedback. We are sorry that you did not like the back view from your room and that your room had no balcony. There were limitations with the extent of improvements on the original buildings during restoration because they are protected by UNESCO Heritage Laws, however we have made plans for addition of balconies to the four rooms on the North Wing, without compromising on the heritage, and we hope that we will give better value of your money the next time you stay with us.
