1. Floor was wet when we arrived and stayed that way up to when we left the next morning.
2. No ice machine!
3. No coffee or cups with coffee maker in room.
4. No soap for shower. Had to shower with shampoo.
5. Had to hold the handle down to flush the toilet
6. Had to call the office to get towels.
7. No free (or otherwise) breakfast.
The place was a dump! Would I go there again...NOT ON YOUR LIFE! The picture doesn't do it justice.
Disgusting!!! Didn’t not stay at the room. Trash, disrepair, burn holes on the bedding, paint and holes in the walls, dirty floors and bathroom. Gross!!!

Very basic, nothing special
You have to stand outside and talk at an open window for the check-in process. The person working that night seemed new and didn't know what was going on. Everything seemed like a hassle for her.
The room was clean but very dated.

The room was set at 61 degrees. No shampoo samples And only two large towels no small onesBut soap dispenser near sink and shampoo on shower wall .nice The chair near bathroom had mold and mildew 😩. Lady in office was polite and helpful
Lest something there and checked back three days later and they had to go to the room to get it.

I would love to know when you checked in and which name so i can help you answer your problems because we clean our rooms and we do not have storage in the office, so yes we may have stepped out of the office to retrieve your items.
It was quiet and clean but the price kept going up and down with the ppl worked days gave you right price the person who worked night up it 20 bucks which i just wait another day n the cold til the daytime people came n then i rented the room for the price i was supposed to be payiny thats the only thing i founf wrong with the deersfield inn thanks

First of all through Expedia we specifically required a NON- Smoking Room and when we arrived we were informed all the rooms were Smoking Room but there was one that was maybe not as smoke filled, which upon inspection up to the room even pulling on some kind of primitive tailbone of desperation would not be able to sleep in this foul stale smelling room. The sheets were not clean and the whole place was quite dingy with pad locks and a strange lot of people out in the parking lot. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Likes: The workers were friendly and efficient. There was coffee in the room. The air conditioner/heater worked well.
Dislikes: There was mold or dirt at the feet of the bed. the shower faucet was very very difficult to turn on and off. The hair dryer did not work. There was no breakfast buffet.

The chairs for the table were to short. Needs a little update but it was clean and neat
The people at the desk or absolutely disgusting. There was a dirty kid running around with no shoes. It seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. The place was absolutely disgusting. They had soap, hand soap in the shower and that’s it. The tiles were so dirty I couldn’t even take a shower. As were the washcloths. You never stay here
It was filthy. The bed comforter was nasty, there were 20 BIG NETS in the bathroom, the mattress was old, it was HORRIBLE. I slept in my clothes, never opened my suitcase and I itched all night. If this was not an emergency I would never have stayed there.
Lady at the desk was very nice. If there was something we needed she did her very best to get it as quickly as she could. Advertised that they had a continental breakfast but we did not see one when we walked by in the morning. However, they did not tell us what time they put it out. We probably wen by around 7 a.m.

We apologize for that but we do not have breakfast. If you checked google it says we do but Expedia or booking or other booking sites we show we do not have breakfast
The room was dirty, the sheets and covers stained, the refrigerator did not work, the shower curtain had fungus, the drawers had garbage, the floor had garbage, no hygiene, the towels stained and too worn.
We weren't asked if we wanted housekeeping (we stayed two nights) and didn't get any. The bed was comfortable and clean, but the hillbillies staying upstairs had parked across the two spaces in front of our room and had an attitude when the desk clerk made them move. So the property was fine, but the clientele were the main problem.

Good and Bad
We had to change rooms because the first was not clean (dirty tub, long hair in the sink, etc) or set up with bathing supplies and coffee were short or missing. The next room was better. The bed and linens were really comfortable. Breakfast was very minimal.
We was in Xenia for a racing event, when we go to these type of race car events I check in as soon as the hotel allows. In our first room the A/C wasn't working, got moved to another room which I wasn't able to inspect 100% but A/C did work. We got back to the room about 12:30 am. I was able to inspect room like I do all rooms and found a BED BUG and a possible cockroach, with pictures I went straight to the office. She offered me another room not the king room I'd booked, it being 1:00 am I accepted but not until I thoroughly inspected our 3RD room, she advised me management would be there in the morning and I'd need to speak with them about the stay. We got unpacked and tried to sleep around 2:00 am, I spoke with the manager and he refused to refund any of my money because I booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) but offered the room to me for the day and 20% off my next stay. I told the manager I didn't need to room and wouldn't be back. This was my experience with a hotel and not happy that because of booking with Expedia I was denied any refund!!

Checked into room - dirty building, took a while for the lady to check me in... got into my room, bar in the shower to grab onto was broke, go to relax and watch TV and it does not work!!! So I go to call the front desk and there is no phone in my room, so then I have to google the phone number wait 5 mins for them to answer, she proceeds to tell me someone stole the hdmi cord out of the room and that management is working on getting a new one so my whole stay for two nights I had no TV, come on man! Very Disapointing!

Nothing special to speak of. If anymore is required, I will not submit this review.
I asked several times if my room could be left alone as I had some valuables and was only staying a few nights. I did not need housekeeping. My room was still entered every day while I was away. Also, the first few nights there was many disruptions in late at night. Loud talking, stomping and even yelling. I was told by the office person that it was the girl that works third shift and her boyfriend. I’m wondering why a person working would have their boyfriend with them. Anyways, I’m a very easy person to please and I left I disappointed in my stay.
We ended up only staying one night. Noisy rooms can hear everything from the rooms above and on either side. The sheets were stained and there are cigarette burns in the spread. Booked 2 nights and when we checked out said they would refund the second night when the manger arrived but no refund.
Front desk staff was rude, area was noisy- I felt unsafe especially after being woken up at 3:10 by a random person going door to door looking for “Daizia.” My extra door lock didn’t work, breakfast consisted of cereal and sunny delight juice. DEFINITELY would not recommend!!
Lady was friendly at the counter. Room was ok, kinda sticky floor and Wi-Fi didn't work. Bed was kinda gross, had cigarette burns in the sheets. It's ok for a place to stay overnight but I wouldn't stay any longer than that.

OK Overnighter
Unimpressive appearance & surroundings, but comfortable inside. Couldn't get wi-fi to work. Nice fridge & shower, and nice bed & linen.
