Positives: The hotel was clean with many amenities on site and wonderful staff who were quick to address and resolve any issues. Quick access to the airport and close to Polo Park and other shopping. Negatives: while clean, the pool is small and great if the hotel is quiet- if the hotel is busy the small area echos with screams from kids and seems to lack capacity for more than 10 or so kids to comfortably play and for an upscale seemingly modern hotel the elevators felt from another era they were incredibly slow and delayed.

The hotel is average. The front desk was not very accommodating. The shower wall had a huge wad of Hair stuck to it and the washroom counter was dirty. I told the front desk about the cleanliness and all they said was “that’s too bad” You can hear conversations in the room next to you, paper thin walls. I had to sleep with the tv on to help drown noise out. It’s an older hotel, kind of run down. Nothing special. I won’t be staying at a Hilton chain again.

Everything was great except when we went to go for breakfast they said breakfast wasnt included!! I was not happy about that. We could have it for a price, well i wasnt paying for it i already paid enough for the hotel!

Stayed 2 nights. Booked a 1 bedroom suite. Room was very clean and suite was modern and found it very quiet during my stay. The Oak & Grain restaurant in the hotel had good dining options. Our server was great. Even offered take home coffee at no extra charge. That was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was good. We went the last hour it was on and they offered to make more bacon for us as they had only a couple of strips left. The little things made for a great experience. Only thing, which is minor is to update signage on 2nd floor pool access. Apparently you can't access the pool from there despite signs telling you different. Otherwise front desk was excellent. Even borrowed us a HDMI cable for our media. Will book again next year!

It was great! The executive lounge was alway clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were clean and easy to navigate. Definitely recommend staying here. Location was good too, right off of route 90 you can get to any side of town quickly.
