Staff was lovely and smiles alot. Very easy to approach and willing to assist in any way. Property was clean and well taken care off. Will definitely come back.

Beach Club is incredible! We had an amazing view, wallabies were outside our door every day, no kids (I’m a teacher and needed a break!), most of the staff was so kind and helpful, easy to get around the island with their staff driving anywhere you want to go, check in was easy and wonderful! I would love to return someday! My only issue was with the restaurant manager one evening. My husband and I had reservations but when we showed up were told we couldn’t be seated because my husband was wearing flip flops. We went back to our room so he could change his shoes and we were shown a table. Not long after an older couple showed up and both were wearing flip flops but were seated without issue. This really bothered me. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Beautiful setting with wonderful staff that caters to one’s needs. Transportation requests quickly addressed. Continental breakfast was exceptional. Would not hesitate to return!

This is such a great option for those people wanting luxury and a quieter place to relax away from the busyness of the rest of the island. We loved being able to walk out from our room onto a courtyard and then onto the beach. The service from all areas of the Beach Club was exceptional and nothing was ever too much trouble. Having the private transport available to take us anywhere at anytime was very handy and a nice touch. The food and cocktails were amazing and lots of options to choose from. The room had everything we needed and the Aesop toiletries and turn down service were another nice touch to complete the overall uniqueness and luxury of the resort. We couldn’t fault the Beach Club at all and we wished we could have stayed longer.

The exclusive beachfront and infinity pool can’t be best. Absolutely perfect location to relax and enjoy the Sun, sand and water (pool or beach). Service was excellent and friendly. On property restaurant was great for both breakfast (included) and dinner. And really no need for a car as the staff will drive you to nearby restaurants and to the harbor (where trips to the reef embark from) as well as pick up from and to the Hamilton Island airport. I recommend it highly.

Wow. Amazing hotel, fantastic service and an incredible island resort. We simply couldn’t fault anything. Just first class from the minute you land at the airport to the minutes before you fly away again. Fantastic.

Level of service was second to none. Staff is incredibly polite , courteous and attentive. Views are outstanding. Amenities galore. Personal chauffeurs to anywhere anytime.Rooms are modern and well equipped and have stunning views. Exterior cladding requires some updating

The place to stay on HI. Amazing location right in the beach. Stunning pool. Great cocktails and brilliant staff. Will definitely stay here again if I come back. Highly, highly recommended!

First time ever to feel so special as a guest, from the moment we were picked up from the airport the staff looked after us and treated us nicely, the staff are friendly amenities are clean, staff are very nice and best thing is being an adult only hotel allows you to relax and unwind away from the noise of other hotels and beaches. Only down side was internet was not working at some times.

Was amazing from check in to check out! Staff are friendly and always attentive to your needs. I was very impressed with facilities and dining, especially breakfast. After checkout at 10am and awaiting a mid afternoon flight, we were still able to use all facilities and even transported to airport many hours after checking out. A truly 5 star experience!

People & Service are amazing and everyone is so friendly. Easy and quick to get to from airport. Great views, great location on the beach. Dinner was excellent. Good coffee. Well organised operation. Lovely atmosphere. Only critique is the decor may be considered by some as a bit dated but it doesn’t bother you when you’re there.

We just absolutely loved our stay in the Beach Club! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a balcony that looked out over the beach with a beautiful view of the sunrise each morning. The hotel was small and quiet with modern decor, a beautiful pool and a private area on the public beach. The staff were quietly attentive and always happy and helpful. A delicious breakfast was included every morning with continental and cooked options. We were also able to have breakfast served in our room at no extra charge and it was lovely to have it sitting on the balcony. We also had dinner in the hotel on one night and would highly recommend the chef's tasting menu. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to go back.

Amazing luxury hotel. Staff is a little scattered/spread too thin/lacking follow through. Setting is sublime. Food is very gourmet and good but sometimes you want comfort food and that is a little below them. Still, a great place, well worth the money.

Best of Hamilton
The team were always friendly and happy to help you. The location is on a 8 min walk to the marina where majority of shops, restaurants and water activities are, though the team at the Beach Club available to drop you off and pick you back up at any time. Located on the main beach, adequate options for pool side or beach seating. Right next to free water sports like sailing, kayaking, SUP and snorkelling. Only point of issue was the king bed were two beds pushed together so a really uncomfortable hard ridge through the centre of bed, not ideal a couple….everything else, couldn’t ne happier, child free resort a bonus!

The view from our room was stunning, it was quiet and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. Even though it is in a busy location it all feels very secluded and peaceful. We loved it.

Best place to stay on Hamilton Island
That is our fourth time staying at the Beach Club and we love it. No children is a bonus plus poolside and beachside drinks and food service, beautiful rooms, fabulous restaurant and infinity pool on a beachfront location. Five star all the way xxx

We liked how small the property was ---- limited number of rooms and low-rise. The view from our room was beautiful and so nice being right on the beach. Very attentive service, staff were super helpful and accommodating.
