Very bad check in; they were not sync’d with Expedia regarding payment and took me half an hour to check in. Lobby restroom was in poor shape. Restaurant staff had hard time communicating and understanding customer needs. Overall a very negative experience.

The 3 stars is not for the front desk staff, parking staff, or the bar staff. They all deserved 5 stars. The 3 stars is for the hotel management who would trick the guests by giving them $25 courtesy credit toward any food or drink, and then by charging the customers back for $29 as the so called Destination fee. I booked my room through Expedia and this fee was never mentioned or calculated in the rates offered by Expedia.

Love the area … there’s plenty to do. It’s close by the tourist area I was there for a comedy show and it was two blocks from the hotel. The rooms are cute and clean. The hotel is a vibe

The staff is very friendly and seems genuinely happy to have you stay at the property. The young man who checked me and also checked me out was quite knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasant demeanor. I would definitely recommend this location for sure.

Excellent stay overall. A minor problem with noise from an exhaust fan(?) or some other industrial noise outside our room on the 9th floor which was above a variety of lower rooftop exhaust vents.
