A slightly wacky hotel but does the job. The room was small but I only used it for a few hours at night to sleep and shower. Was relatively quiet.

Very charming unique older feeling hotel. It is mostly updated with normal hotel amenities, but it has an old feeling to everything. Staff is friendly and everything is clean. Shower is small but the water is always hot. The outside noise can get through windows but the area is mostly quiet. I would stay again just for the unique charm

Leider hat das Badezimmer nach Gully gerochen. Der Duft kam wohl aus der Dusche und man hat es auch bemerkt, denn alle Fenster waren geöffnet als wir ankamen... Mitte Februar... Für eine Nacht war es ok. Das Frühstück war einfach aber dies soll nicht negativ klingen. Es war alles da. Bis auf Ei Gerichte. Sonst hat es an nichts gefehlt

I stayed at room 33, which is the only room on the top level. This seems to be a refitted attic; it has a fire door - a heavy metal door that’s pretty small. If you’re a tall person beware - you may hit your head. Furthermore the lock seems to be damaged. From the inside I failed to unlock the door on the first few tries, twisting and turning the key without the lock unlocking. I eventually figured out that the key must be pushed in further to work the lock. Inconvenient, sure, but even more concerning it’s a safety issue, when a heavy fire door does not unlock easily. Only one lamp in the room was working, giving it a veritable crypt atmosphere. The nightstand light didn’t work, neither did the starry sky lights above the door. The color changing led strip behind the headboard did not work, but not help. (At least not in lighting up the room. It helped in emphasizing the cheap impression though.) The one working light was draped in a bedsheet. For whatever reason. The shower head does not stay in position and slips down - i.e. hands free showering is only possible from the waist down. Furthermore the shower folding door is broken in more than one ways - it doesn’t stay on its tracks, this won’t close, and on top of that the handle comes off when trying to close the shower. Last, the cupboard had burn stains on it. All in all the stay was not worth the money. While the hotel itself seems nice enough, the room I stayed in was more the level of a hostel.

Fantastic rooms. Hysterically interesting! Breakfast/coffee in the morning was fantastic. This was the best deal on a hotel for a couple nights in Vienna compared to literally anywhere I've ever been, BY FAR.

Hotel in zona silenziosa e tranquilla. I collegamenti sono facilmente raggiungibili. La camera era pulita e ben arredata (esattamente come in foto). La colazione presso la struttura è abbondante (dolce e salato).

Unstable wifi.
Unstable wifi at the hotel. Only able to get online while standing in front of the reception. Quick analysis showed the reason being colission of traffic between various wifi relays. Everyone being on the same channel. Both on 2.4 and 5GHz.

City Break
Short break in Vienna. Hotel is only 20 minute walk from St Stephen’s in the Innere Stadt so pretty central and very near The Prater. Pleasant breakfast and a great room. Staff very helpful. Only criticism is there is no coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Easy to find, this colorful hotel offers unique room designs and a beautiful staircase. The feeling is very homey and breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious. The staff is very easy to talk to, the hotel is located within walking distance to Prater and the Hundredwasser house. Vienna offers many choices of hotels, but I was supper happy with Hotel Urania.

Hotel original bien placé avec un bon petit déj'
Hotel original, très bien placé à deux pas de la ligne de tramway 1 et pour les plus courageux le centre touristique est accessible à 20/30 minutes de marche. Les chambres ont un style original. Le petit déjeuner est bon même si les esprits chagrins diraient qu'on peut faire mieux...Le seul point négatif était l'odeur dans la chambre (vieille odeur de tabas ou autre ?!! )

Reasonable good hotel. I can recommend it.
Reasonable affordable, reasonable well located, reasonable good breakfast. Nice room. Lots of affordable restaurants nearby. Service very good. Bed could have been better, but then again, it was good enough.

Bon hotel, cèntric i tranquil.
Aquest és un hotel molt original, ben a prop del centre de Viena i encara més de l'estació central, amb un bon esmorzar (opcional) i molta tranquil·litat, com deia temps que no notava. Això sí, si me diu més de 190 cms el llit quedarà curt, pel que haureu de fer servir la manta que trobareu per l'habitació. Bona relació qualitat-preu.

Fint familjär ,hotell. Rummet vi fick var mindre än väntad ,vi kunde byta till större utan problem. bekväma sängar , man kunde önska sig mer ljus på rummet.läs lampor gav inte mycket ljus. Bra frukost med god pålägg ,grönsaker o frukt.( kom man något senare , varma korvar var slut, det var det enda som inte fylldes på , om man ska vara pettig) Hotellet ligger bra . Nära till stadens centrum, ca 20 minut promenad.Nära till spårvagn nr 0 och nr 1 .
