The hotel has aged a lot and needs new carpeting, mattresses, towels. The walls are paper thin so neighbors can be heard doing anything and everything

Shower stall was equivalent in size to a small phone booth. The in room safe did not lock or include instructions. The safe was extremely small; it could never hold a laptop. The refrigerator never got cold. I never felt safe leaving the patio door even slightly open since other rooms had outdoor steps leading past my patio door.

Great hotel for a stop over close to the airport. But not close enough to walk. You need to take a bus at €9 per person or book the hotel shuttle at €15 per room.

This was a very last minute emergency booking due to a flight cancellation. Bed was comfy with comfortable pillows. Noise insulation was not great so could hear other guests in other rooms at times but this wasn't a major issue as it was after we were awake anyway. Front desk reception staff were very friendly upon checking out and went the extra mile by giving us a small Italian sweet treat upon checking out to make up for our flight cancellation, despite it not being their fault. Hotel is walkable from airport, takes about 15 mins.

Simple and Quiet
This is a simple airport hotel. Clean, in a safe area, quiet. No frills, but the staff is consistently polite and the hotel is quiet. I took the city bus to get there from Mestre train station, about 15 minutes, and the hotel shuttle in the morning as I had an early flight. There is a restaurant about 4 minutes walk away with great pizza and seafood; that actually is part of why I stay here! I have stayed here multiple times and would again.

The property was a nice place close to the airport to lay down for the night since we arrived so late. However on check in we were checked into a room with someone in it all ready. Then the next morning three hours before checkout housekeeping walked in without even knocking. Also, there was no hot water. We didn’t let the front desk know because at that point we were just exhausted

The beds were very comfortable. Liked its location to the airport and there was a shuttle to airport that was very convenient. The shower was not good. Did not drain well.

Manager has no assistant manager to handle problems. Front desk personnel though friendly are untrained and unable to handle any difficulty that arises. When we arrived the weather had turned very cool. Our room had no heat or hot water. The front desk offered to put us in another room which was colder than the first room (it was like stepping into a refrigerator somewhere around 0 degrees C or 35 degrees F). Front desk response was "We can give you more blankets but we are full and there is nothing else we can do. You will have to speak with the manager who is not here and can't be reached until the next week. We cannot refund your money." Our traveling companions had double booked two rooms that the hotel also refused to refund one of the rooms so we stayed in their extra room. This is the most poorly run Best Western hotel I have ever stayed in. The personnel are poorly trained. They never stood up to greet guests, just sat in front of the computer and spoke up to you, very unprofessional. They were pleasant but had no authority to fix any difficulty. There were no maintenance personnel onsite. This manager needs to learn to delegate responsibility or be onsite 24/7 to handle unforeseen problems. I would not recommend staying at this hotel to any traveler!

Way over priced
Immediately entering the room there were 2 large flies and later saw 2 large bugs on the floor. Some things in the room, like the phone and clothes hangers, were dusty. However the bathroom was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Another thing to note is google says there’s a spa, there is not. There’s also no exercise room. It’s only a bed and breakfast. For what this hotel offers, it’s way over priced. It should be 150€, not over 200.

The primary advantage of the property is its close proximity to VCE. The hotel is nice. It would be nicer if there was a restaraunt for lunch and dinner. I appreciated the electric kettle in the room. The mattress and bedding were quite comfortable, too. It's not a touristy area, and there are limited dining options within walking distance.

It was just an overnight before flying home from the nearby airport. The front desk woman ws very friendly and helpful, parking was easy and food options were satisfactory. Breakfast was also good.

Bus was on strike and had to go to the neighboring hotel to find out the detailed information. Felt like the hotel staff should have been more in the know and friendly about the issue (obviously they don’t have control over bus strikes). Otherwise Hotel as expected.

I don't remember the name of the employee who was at the counter at the time of my check out on October 1, 2023. We were a group of 6 people who needed a large taxi to transport us to the airport and the employee very kindly called us a taxi. Unfortunately when I got out of the taxi I lost my credit card inside the taxi. We contacted the hotel employee who had called the taxi to tell her what had happened to us and she, very willing to help us, contacted the taxi driver. Fortunately the taxi driver found the credit card. Thanks to the hotel employee, the taxi driver contacted me and gave me the credit card at the airport. Very grateful to the hotel employee who went the extra mile in her service. Thanks to the hotel employee who helped keep the rest of the trip from being ruined. Thank you.
