Struttura ben posizionata per i servizi, tuttavia le stanze per essere un 4 stelle lasciano a desiderare , spazi medio piccoli , e nonostante fossimo in quattro avendo preso una tripla di una singola hanno assegnato ugualmente due triple; nostra figlia dormiva con noi e l’altra da sola in un altra stanza ma non c’è stato permesso di avere una singola . Il buffet della colazione ricco personale molto cordiale .

In realtà avevate prenotato due triple, per questo vi sono state assegnate due triple (che non sono affatto piccole), al check-in avete anche detto: le camere sono uguali giusto? per cui sapevate perfettamente cosa avevate prenotato

Das Hotel war Ideal für Ausflüge nach Venedig, da die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nur ca. 400 entfernt sind. Nicht so positiv ist, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind.

The hotel is well located to the tram stop, which is about 15minutes journey into Venice. With frequent trams going to and from Venice. Breakfast was very nice and with a good choice of food. Room was basic but we just slept in the room and spent the rest of the time in Venice. Generally a good value hotel.

I loved that hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the location as me and my sister had a easier access to get a bus for free and go into city it was lovely, if I would came back to Venice definitely will take this hotel. Breakfast was amazing the price of the hotel very cheap !

Spent one night here and it was very easy to get to from the airport then take the tram right into Venice. Staff was friendly and helpful with advice. Also a very nice spread at the complimentary breakfast.

In weniger als 400m an der Tram-Station nach Venedig / Mestre Centro. In weniger als 100m an der Bushaltestelle nach Venedig / Mestre Centro bzw. vom/zum Flughafen Marco Polo. Nettes Personal; geräumiges Zimmer, das einen sauberen Eindruck macht. Gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.

Good overall
We arrived there at midnight and the receptionist didn't stop laughing during our check in, it seemed like he was a little drunk, so it wasn't the best of welcomes. Other than that everything was totally fine, room was comfy, breakfast was great, with good coffee and pleasant service. Getting from there to center Venice was easy, just took the tram from the nearest station.

Recently stayed at this hotel to visit Venice. Not only was it very conveniently located next to a tram stop only 15 minutes from Venice. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was perfect. Everything we needed, up to date, and very clean. Highly recommend to stay here for your trip to Venice.

Ich verstehe die ganzen positiven Bewertungen nicht. Angeblich 4 Sterne Hotel aber meiner Meinung nach 1 Stern Hotel. Beim Check-In wurde uns eine Karte gegeben und der Weg zum Zimmer beschrieben. Weder wurde uns beim Gepäck geholfen noch hat uns jemand zum Zimmer begleitet. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist eine reine Katastrophe. Man fühlt sich wie im Knast. Fleckige Wände, keine flüssig Seife, keine Haussschuhe. Jedes mal nach dem Duschen wird das Bad mit Wasser überflutet. Das Frühstück hat nichts mit einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu tun. Frühstück wie bei der Jungendherberge. Das Postive über das Hotel war der Kaffee und der zentrale Standort. Zur Strassenbahnstation sind es nur 2 min. Fußweg.

Hotelkamer was prima ontvangst ook. Ontbijt was iets minder. Volgens mij door grote groep voor ons was bijna alles leeg. Geen eieren broodjes en dergelijke. Personeel rende heen en weer maar had veel moeite om het weer opende rit te krijgen. Verder goed verblijf
