Solo guy traveler, late 40s. The Hotel is about 25 minutes on Regional Rail (S-Bahn) to Munich and runs every 20 minutes. The walk from the train station is about 3 minutes with luggage in tow. Note, I didn't notice a ramp so you have to negotiate your luggage up a couple flights of exterior stairs from the sidewalk to the entry level. Don't let that stop you from booking though. Call hotel and find out if there's a lift. (One side of the hotel faces the tracks and station so if you sleep with windows open, (and there's a balcony) you'll hear the trains coming and going. I didn't mind it, it was ok for me. Two convenience stores - food, alcohol, sodas, fruit, toiletries, etc. immediately underneath the hotel structure. Bar immediately outside the hotel. A couple of good restaurants nearby - Neruda (Tapas and Main dishes) - if you don't eat in Munich. Room incredibly spacious... you can walk around comfortably... Mini Fridge... It has a safe, but nothing larger than a passport / wallet can fit in it - (no Surface tablet or laptop will fit.). Bathroom also spacious and comfortable...and didn't feel like it was in the bedroom. Excellent for business travelers but for my getaway excursion as well. Has kitchenette, but I didn't use so can't comment. Other than checking -in/out didn't interact with staff much but they seemed friendly. If I couldn't stay in Munich proper, I would definitely stay at this Hotel.
