It was a beautiful hotel and property, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Only issue was that we had a broken shower and had to get it fixed on our third day there. And that the planes overhead were quite loud, but besides this, everything was pretty great.

Customer service are very nice, but the hotel is inconvenient. Parking are terrible far, expensive if you want to valet, room are smell bad. I will not come back again.

Disappointed that the buffet restaurant is only open on the weekends especially now that the other main sit down restaurant is closed. Having only 3 fast food type restaurants inside the noisy casino is not ideal. The shower in our room had good pressure but was barely warm water. The “rinse before entering the pool” shower was hot water but in our room was not. The bathroom tap gave hot water as well.

Stay here often. River Rock is the perfect place for flying in & out of Vancouver. Cost of ferry & hotel is often cheaper than flights alone in & out of YYJ.

Cons: blankets were sooo thin I shivered all night, parking is a good walk from the property - not on the property itself, and body soap was empty in the hotel Pro: food, entertainment and hotel all within a good distance, dog friendly but casino is not, staff was okay for the most part, the sky train is super close!!

Lovely room. We stayed for 7 days for a kids dance competition. The food options are limited. There is a Starbucks with long lines and a very expensive buffet. Nothing in between and not much else in the neighborhood. Pool was great but never any pool towels. For some reason the carts to move luggage were rationed and they wouldn’t let customers use them. I suppose they wanted me to tip someone to bring my luggage up.

We have been coming here over the years while going to the Vancouver Night Market. Last year the hotel changed up their guest parking which makes no sense. You end up walking the entire length of the hotel (casino) plus however many floors before getting to your room. Disappointing knowing that they have parking options for the other building.

Thank you for staying with us, we appreciate your feedback, we apologize for the experience with the parking distance, however there are other options for you to choose where to park. Such as to do Valet for 33 or you can park on the south tower location across from the casino tower, however that is our 3rd party parking lot which you will need to pay them 3 for 24 hours and they only accept credit card.
