Far from train station. Staff is not helpful.
This hotel is very far from train station. Staff is not helpful. Not impressive. One good thing is the appartment room just provide you the kitchen.

Spacious and has good view of Matterhorn
The apartment is spacious and have everything we need. There is a supermarket within 5 to 6 minutes walk so we can go buy stuffs easily. The apartment's window and balcony all have a view of the Matterhorn. However the apartment does not have reception and can only self check in on or after 4pm. We arrived a few hours early and need to take our luggage to there sister hotel for short storage. We also need to keep the kitchen area clean and take the trash to trash bin outside the apartment.

Overall is good with view of Matterhorn. Room is a bit small in size for 3 persons. There was road construction going on in front of the building, the property is willing to offer us help on carrying lugguage through on the check out day.

There was construction outside and during the day you are close to the helipad where the tourist helicopter is constantly taking off and landing. That said, all we had to do was close out patio door. The kitchen was well-equipped and the room clean. Our patio had a wonderful view of der Matterhorn. Great deal, we would stay there again.

Foi muito boa a estadia. A vista do Materhorn desde a sacada é indescritível. Única sugestão de melhoria é o chuveiro, que alterna entre água quente e fria várias vezes durante o banho, mas administrável.

Nice open space. Need some additional items for the kitchen for cooking and we had difficulty with coffee. The staff was prompt and helpful. The main reason we booked this location was access to the pool which was listed as included but when we checked in it was extra. This was misrepresented and we were told we would need to pay anyway.

Great Stay in Zermatt
Warm and comfy apartment with great view of the Matterhorn. Having the extra 1/2 bath downstairs was so nice since there were 4 of us staying here. Bus stop in front of the property was very convenient. Roomy ski room for equipment; full size appliances. You can pay a small fee at the main property to use the pool and spa. We would definitely stay here again!

Regular, incómodo para dormir
El departamento estaba un poco sucio, como si se hubiera limpiado rápidamente y no a profundidad. (Suciedad en baños y pisos). Muy incómodo para dormir, la calefacción no funciona bien. la cama tiene plástico y se suda mucho, o tienes frío o mucho calor. Deberían mejorar urgentemente en sus colchones y calidad de blancos. La ubicación hay que caminar un poco si vas a pie, o hay parada bus muy cerca. Nosotros caminamos a la central de tren y estuvo ok

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich mit einem Begrüssungsdrink. Wellness und SPA hervorragend. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Hotel von der Residence aus sehr schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen. Würde das wieder buchen. Der einzige Nachteil war, obwohl es hiess, dass es ein Nichtraucherappartement sei, roch es stark nach altem abgestandenen Rauch (es gibt wohl immer Personen die sich nicht an Vorschriften halten).

Worth the price
I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the suite was. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals and even had a microwave. Everything was sparkling clean and very well organized. It was easy to find everything we needed, although paper towels would have been a nice addition. Knives need sharpening. We loved the view from the patio-you could see Matterhorn! Can also view Matterhorn from bedroom too. Location was also perfect and about 10 min walk to train station! The WiFi signal however was very weak in all areas of the suite, except the bedroom. There were times we were in living room and network would drop or it would take forever while I was trying to buy my train tickets. Then I figured out (too late by then), that the strongest signal is in the bedroom. Aside from WiFi, I would absolutely stay here again based on how spacious and clean it was. It was very homey and didn’t feel like a sterile hotel.

The staff was great. When we first checked in there was a concern about the room. I emailed and they had someone there to check it out and addressed/fixed it within a few hours. The apartment was lovely, the views were great and the kitchenette was well equipped and very nice to have! Everything in Zermatt is very walkable, but if you're looking to be "in the middle of everything" this might not be the ideal location.

Für Zermatt hatten wir ein sehr schönes und grosses Zimmer mit Blick auf das Matterhorn. Das Bad mit der integrierten Dusche ist dann eher klein und nicht ganz optimal aufgeteilt, so dass relativ viel Wasser auf den Boden gelangt. Leider ist der sehr schöne Wellness und Spa Bereich nicht im Zimmerpreis inklusive und wird bei Benützung mit einem Sondertarif berechnet

Die Badewanne im Zimmer war super nach einer Wanderung. Auch die Küche mit Kühlschrank und Toaster/ Kaffeemaschine war super Im Restaurant gab es leider keine Coupes- Desserts ( Eiscreme). Nur einzelne Kugeln. Das fand ich schade. Im grossen Ganzen hat alles super funktioniert. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Great view in Zermatt.
We enjoyed our stay here in the shoulder season in Zermatt. The apartment is a ski condo located at the end of town, a bit away from the center. The town is so small the location isn’t a real problem. And in exchange, we got a fabulous view of the Matterhorn from a large wraparound balcony. We prepared breakfasts and a dinner there, which saved us some money in pricey Zermatt. There is a good grocery store nearby to help keep your costs down. A sleeper sofa makes this place good for small families.

It was a totally human less experience, not even a phone in the room to reach out to any one, Any issues you have you had to go down stairs, pick up the common phone and talk to someone...... The rooms were smaller than what gets shown on the net. Access was difficult especially with large baggage, the views form the room were not that great either.
