Apologies the construction project on the outdoor hot tub was not well communicated in advance and hopefully you were able to enjoy the rest of our amenities. We do have one of four elevators out of services while we work on completely renovating them. We apologize we didn't meet your expectations. Our hotel rooms do not offer a full kitchen and the kitchenette area may be limited. We do have additional microwaves and other cooking items upon request. All of our units have balconies either being a full walkout or a juliet-balcony, so you can lean over the rail and still take in the crisp clean mountain air.
