The Hotel surprisingly does not have a ramp for wheelchair users and one has to take a few steps to get in. Even the railing for these steps is not proper, making it very difficult for seniors and physically challanged people to get in or out. Secondly, the parking in the premises is very limited and can accomodate only a few cars. If there is no space, one has to park the car in the street. This can of course be done by the security personnel of the Hotel. Thirdly, when we checked in the Hotel (Room No. 308), there was some drilling and similar repairing work going on at the fourth floor, making lot of noise. Despite our having complaint to the Receptionist for this and despite she having agreed to ensure that they stop making such noise in the afternoon hours on that day, the work and the irritating noise continued for next more than two hours. Barring the above, the Hotel is good. The staff is cooperative and we do not have any other complaint.

TERRIBLE WIFI
Good hotel in the area. WiFi was terrible. One had to renew past word everyday- our holiday was for 5 days. Also we couldn’t get WiFi in the room Unless we came into the corridor. Lost vital business because of internet problems. Food was good and reasonable.

OK hotel.
Old hotel so expect ok service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but have old look. Such as AC don't have temperature control or auto switch off . Room service needs to improve. Breakfast restaurant need more hands, only one person managing everyone. All in all not great experience but no complaints. I can stay again in given price.

The Hotel room was clean and comfortable, the staff was polite, particularly the Restaurant staff namely Ravi were excellent. The location though central and quiet, the property is located in a by-lane and a little difficult to locate.

Misguiding Image
There is a huge difference between the Image on line and actual Structure. Food is average. Service Attitude is polite Internet hardly works Cable wasn't working consistently. Price Reasonable according to the Tag of 4 STAR

HOTEL IN THE HEART OF THE CITY
I had gone to vadodara for business meetings.Hotel is good and prices are reasonalble. Food is good and it is not costly. Check out time is 12 noon so it is convenient if you have flight at 4PM or so. Hotel is in the city and close to airport also.

Very poor Wifi and no business center
I had booked this hotel assuming good wifi connection and business center availability. Surprisingly very poor wifi connections. dropped every few seconds and lots of problems in wifi connections. No business center for computer related work. I will never book this hotel again.

Rude hotel front desk staff and dirty bathrooms.
Probably the worst, unhygienic hotel in the Baroda area, you can see cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The bathrooms have mould or fungus on the sides of the tubs and you can see cockroaches roaming around freely. The hotel front desk staff is the most rude and unprofessional staff you will come across, being an international traveller I find it strange that these people have language issues. Be careful at the time of checkout and check everytime on your checkout bill/receipt as the staff tends to pad up the bills and then once you point out they will take it off. You are better off staying at other reputed 5 star hotel chains in the area rather than deal with this one.

No air con
No aircon in the room passages It was funny to sweat while going inside the room. No aircon in the room They call it central cooling system which is perhaps not a great thing to have when outside is 45 degrees hot. I had to vacant the room and call Expedia at 2am in the morning. Very inconvenient. Staff had limited English fluency

First time good; second time terrible
After staying once, my expectation for 1-night stay was good. However, the room was in poor condition. Smelled of smoke in non-smoking room, air-conditioning duct was open, hot water tap in the shower was not working and the hotel didn't fix it even after bringing to their attention. In-room wi-fi didn't work. Overall extremely poor experience!
