This is a nice hotel however i wished the indoor pool was available and spa hamam service. The housekeeping and staff alike arw friendly the staff at resturant buffet style lack good english its hard french is wildely spoken.

2 star hotel - Will not come back!
Don’t expect a 5 star hotel. Our check in was 1 hour late, even though we got there late in the afternoon (4pm) . We were staying there only one night for a wedding, which we almost missed because of the delay. There’s construction in the building which is very loud. Sound echos in the hallways and the staff and guests speak super loud so it’s impossible to sleep. We had a late checkout at 3 but kept being bothered by cleaning staff and front desk from 1 pm. When I told the front desk about the above, they didn’t care one bit. Didn’t comp anything, didn’t apologize -Just told me I should have called and maybe better next time. I’ll never come back!

Golden Carthage Hotel
I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. And this last one was probably the most enjoyable. They have some new staff there who all made me feel very welcome. The hotel has a very good indian restaurant and an Italian which I dined at many times. Over all good stay.

This is a charming hotel, with decorations inspired by the local history. Some of the aspects of the property are a bit dated, but they are in the process of (quietly!) renovating. The service was OUTSTANDING! I would happily stay here again.

Clean , in nice and safe area. not far from MARSA town. reasonable ride to the airport. this is my third stay at this Hotel. the first one in June 2019 was not very pleasant ( one snoppy reception staff ) but ever since things were better ... I would recommend this place to my friends..

The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good. The door to the room and between rooms doesn’t keep out noise. If other guests pass the room u can here it very well in the room. Especially if they r talking or pulling a suitcase. Inside the room, the towels need to be changed and the shower needs to be renovated.

Golden Tulip delivers again
My favorite place to stay during business trips. It is an older hotel, hence conditions of some rooms might require renovations. The food is very good with options of local cuisine, Italian and very good Indian place. The exercise gym is perfect and they also have an olympic size pool. If you feel like running, it is about 1.2 miles around on the hotel grounds and up the hill at some spots, overlooking Mediterranean. Overall, it is priced right, so for the value is perfect for me.

The property is nice but checking-in was terrible since i arrived after a long night flight ( 9 hours ) in the morning and a lady at reception tried to accommodate me to give me a regular room until 11am and then move to a better one but the a staff named EYMEN came and insisted that I pay 150 Tunisian dinars ( about 75 us dollars), when I told him that it was not reasonable to pay this amount for only three hours he was unpleasant, rude and condescending ....I had to wait on a couch for three hours... I short this will be the last time I stay at this place

Excellent choice in Gammarth
An excellent hotel in a peaceful and beautiful area of Tunis,professional staff , special mention to Khaled at the reception and the very welcoming security guards. Room is big and clean with all amenities needed for a confortable stay. Evening service is perfect . Food is delicious and hot . Thanks all staff for the great hospitality.

Golden Tulip has seen better days. Service is going down the drain and nobody seems to care. The little details are no longer taken care of, and this is the unmistakable signal for employees that quality is no longer required from them. The service culure is getting the touch of Soviet Hotels in the late Eighties.
