Property is mostly a mess. Old but being remodeled with no explanation. Reserved well in advance - few rooms available with no explanation and none away from the truck traffic -freezer section frosted over- not usable. No lounge chair or place to put bags off the floor If I hadn't paid in advance, I would have left.

The property was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The appliances in the rooms were dated and could use an update or a "freshening" up.

People live full time in the back. Kids riding skateboards outside room doors couldn't get to sleep. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

Hair from prior guest in shower; shower head rusty/dirty; if my husband didn’t tighten down the toilet seat it could have been ugly. Check in girl didn’t really care, or so it seemed; Beds were very uncomfortable; had to sign a paper that we would have to pay if we took a can pillow/they were little pillows..3 might equal one and a half regular pillows. Did like the location! (Have pictures)

Great water with high pressure. Not very restful night. Mattress very uncomfortable. Tossing and turning all night. Rooms need serous update. The girls behind the counter were very nice and polite. Good price!

Needs serious updating. One lamp didn't work, Big square hole in wall. Safe rusted shut. Needs painting and new caulking everywhere. At least sheets seemed clean. No tv channel guide found in room.

Great air conditioning unit! Refrigerator worked but was rusty. Bed was clean but too ‘worn in’ we sunk to the middle of the mattress. Convenient to park right next to our room!

Housekeeping make to much noise when cleaning up !
Front desk lady was so sweet and nice very friendly…. I just hate that housekeeping be so loud and all that bumping when they be cleaning the rooms up….they woke me up around 9 with all that noise by time I went back to sleep it was check out time !

Pleasantly surprised
The motel was much better than expected. Room smelt good comfortable bed. Stayed in the Best Western down the road last trip to Troy paid twice as much. Econo Inn was better for half the price.

When we laid on the bed, we could feel the springs. The room smelled musty and moldy.

The lamps all had rust on them. No extra toilet paper. Air conditioning was very cold. Felt great. It was very clean. Angel at the front desk was wonderful! Very kind.

The room was pretty run down. I didn't expect much for the price, but it was in bad shape. The pillows were horrible. Ice machine was broken. The toilet keep running. The girl working the front desk was super sweet!!

They have done a lot to these rooms to make them very nice and colorful the nicest econolodge I've ever stayed in. Still working on the grounds outside. But most certainly worth the very reasonable price

The staff was great. It is an old hotel and worn out. The room was clean and good for the one night we needed a place to stay. It was okay for the price.

Didn't Like: Breakfast was a prepackaged muffin and coffee, which was very disappointing. Room was smelly. There was no hair dryer. There was no ice available. Liked: There was water presser in the shower and the water was hot.
