My experience was incredible! The staff took great care of me from booking to check-out. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I've returned multiple times and won't consider staying anywhere else.

We reserved a non-smoking room and were given a room with that designation, but it smelled like the inside of an ashtray. It was so bad, I had to spray my pillow with perfume and sleep with a sheet over my head. My son with asthma woke up very congested in the morning. We didn't have options to move to another room or hotel because we stayed the night before the eclipse. Our room also had repeated door key issues and we had to go 3 times to have new keys made. The mattresses were dirty and there were not mattress pad covers, just a thin sheet. The online photos of this motel and the exterior may lead you to believe that you are getting a decent value, but I can say I have had better luck elsewhere.

It’s hard for me not to give a good review but this property needs work. My room was good enough for a quick place to sleep but I can’t say I would stay again. Burn hole in my sheets, the room smelled, the door wouldn’t shut properly, the tub needed maintenance. I was desperate after a 14 hour drive but next time I will go elsewhere. Oh and the coffee was absolutely horrible! We didn’t stay to try the breakfast.

Like. It doesn’t have bugs. There’s little things like, dry paint on the bathroom floor or. Burn marks on the table or. One lamp doesn’t work. It’s not a terrible place to stay. But it is one of the cheapest motels in the area for a reason. I think the worst part is some of the staff. Not all of them. But a select couple people who seem like they thrive on making your life unpleasant. I shouldn’t have to come to a clean room to find surprise white stains on the bedding and then have to change the bedding myself. But it is what it is and I used it for a bed to sleep and that’s what it was good for. It was pretty quiet too tbh. I work nights and this was fine for to sleep during the day.

No bed bugs no roaches. Nothing super special but it is a bit better than like red roof in or motel 6. Pretty quiet motel tbh. Didn’t notice any vagrants or anything and it’s right next to Target which is insanely convenient. If you’re picking this for the breakfast and that’s the deciding factor, there’s nothing special about the breakfast. I get off work at 6:30 am and am at the motel by like 6:45-7 and there’s like never any food left. Not that it’s really worth eating tbh, unless you want something super quick. Idk. People really on here over reacting. You get what you pay for, and for cheap motels this one isn’t that bad.

People there obviously don’t care unless you try and get a discount, the place is old and run down but they act like it’s the Hilton. It’s honestly laughable and a bunch of kids at the front desk on the phone that have no clue how to run a business running it. The property is a teewker hangout.

This property was clean on the inside and outside. Very quiet and very professional staff. Beds were comfortable and room was cozy. I will stay here again. One of the cleanest properties i have stayed at. We stay on the top floor and the view was nice.

The tub had a spot where paint was remove. The housekeepers removed my dirty washcloths and didn't replaced them with fresh washcloths. Forgot to mop the floor two or three times. Can't add a photo.

This was the worse experience we've ever had in a hotel! It is an older facility, but having a room with holes in the bathroom door made by a fist was concerning. Even worse was the breakfast. The juice tasted fermented, sausage had a "metal" taste and the coffee wasn't hot enough to dissolve the powder creamer. We left once items were tasted and went to a drive thru for a quick breakfast.

Booking was specifically made for a NON-smoking room, but we were given a room that obviously previously had a smoking guest. Front desk tried to switch to a different room but same issue. The hotel needs to impose strict policies on non-smoking or cleaning should include odor removal at least! Our guest had sensitive allergies and unable to rest. Disappointing stay.

The desk clerk stated the elevator was not working and that my room would be on the third floor. He issued it like a challenge, which I did not appreciate. The room was acceptable, although the shower was a little wonky. Beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly extensive, although there was no fresh fruit.

Our room had not been cleaned. There was hair in the sink and on the bar soap, which was already opened. The towels were stacked on the desk next to two pizza boxes that had food in them. The only thing that looked ready for us was the bed. Since we just needed a place to crash for the night during a bad storm, we stayed in the room against our better judgement. Checkout is at 11, but the next morning someone was at our door at 10:20 telling us we needed to leave.

Old and not well maintained. Rooms smell humidity. Poor quality- they need to either change their name or improve the quality to merit the name Quality Inn.
