I have been staying at this hotel for the 8 times i have travelled to Tokyo. They are in a good location and they are cheap. They have a coin laundry so i dont have to pack a lot of clothes as i can wash them there. There is good travel routes with a small walk to Bakuro Yohohama station which will get you direct to Shinjuku in about 20 mins or a 5 min train ride or 15 min walk to Akihabara. The area around the hotel is full of culture and amazing places to eat however it does have a few issues. The beds are hard and noisy, the walls are a bit thin so you can near the snorers next door and the rooms are small however as someone who is 6 foot 3 i found the beds are longer then my bed at home so i was able to fit in the bed. In the end this is my hotel of choice, It is a little out of the way but to me thats the charm of it.

Perfect spot for a solo traveller. Staff are kind and helpful. Basic amenities are provided with free coffee in the morning. Loved staying there.

It's really close to the metro stations and has 3 convenient stores near to the hotel which is nice. The rooms are small but cozy, they have everything you need. The staff are friendly and always greet you when you leave and arrive at the hotel, as well as the cleaning staff. We really appreciate their work. Thank you.

You get what you pay for - very small units with very little amenities at a very affordable rate. Unit was fine overall, beds were hard and a bit noisy but I was very happy with the air conditioning unit and clean bathroom. Property itself was a little worn down but that doesn't really matter if you're paying these rates. Staff were kind and helpful. Location was very quiet and safe as it is quite far from busy, popular areas; walking distance to a couple of different subway stations/lines. Various cafes in the area to choose from for breakfast and other dining options.

Staff is very kind and helpful. The location is good, there are many convenient stores nearby. The bed is rather hard and it’s little bit noisier but other than that it was a great stay!

Very nice staff and quiet area away from the busy city. My only complaint is the beds are very hard. Everything else was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

We stay in this hotel every time we visit Tokyo (at least once a year) and wouldn’t have it any other way. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak English if you need. They location is super convenient for metro stations and access to tourist spots, but is in a quiet neighbourhood itself. For the price this hotel has what you need to explore the city and have a base to live out of. The rooms are on the small side, which is to be expected, but there’s all you need and the water pressure in the shower is ace. We will be back

What an amazing hotel! Great location!! Maximum of a 5 minute walk to multiple subway stations. Small room (like all in Tokyo), but the space has been maximised with every area used. Well equipped room and lovely staff!! the BEST thing about this room was something called 'handy'. This is basically a phone supplied in your room for you to take out with you. This was so handy (excuse the pun) for us to use maps, find restaurants ect. Amazing place, only minor things was that the bed was quite hard, but would stay here again.

The hotel located near 2 subway station, 200m from Kodemmacho and 450m from Ningyocho, both station have elevator. The room is standard size of hotel room in Tokyo, you can open a 28" and 24" baggage and slide it under the bed. Although the room look a bit old but have everything you need. I would stay here again but will choose a bigger room type.

Very convenient location to multiple different subway stations, super friendly staff, and around some cheap and yummy restaurants. But not the cleaniest rooms, we found hair in the shower and under the glass on the mantle. The room was super dusty and there was mold on the walls. (Bring Lysol wipes) If you have allergies to mold, dust and smoke, don't stay here. I had issues breathing most nights. The room is small than a single cabin on a cruise ship, the bed is somewhat hard; ask for extra pillows. I personally would not stay here again for health reasons.

The room is very small and the furniture looks old. The door key needs to be returned whenever you leave the room. However, the location is good. Nearby two subway stations which makes the trip so convenient.

Small but delightful hotel
The hotel was really conveniently located and not too hard to reach from Narita International airport via Ueno Station. The hotel staff were very friendly and were always available to help if needed. The room was nice albeit very small. There was a tiny amount of floor space which meant that there was almost no room for both me and my partner to be stood up at the same time and have our suitcases in the room too. This being said the quality of the fittings was excellent and the hotel provided a phone which you could take out with you which had unlimited data for you to use while out and about. This was really helpful and made our trip to Tokyo so much better! For this we are very thankful. The hotel was lovely and I would recommend it to anyone. I personally would have no hesitation in staying here again

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at the Horridome Villa and it was every bit as good as my 1st visit. Rooms are small but well presented with everything you need in them including air on. WiFi in the hotel is excellent and they also have laundry facilities. If you’re visiting Akihabara you can walk there in 10 mins from the hotel. There are 2 train stations either side of the hotel, both less than a 2 min walk. Plenty of super markets in close proximity, basically a great base to travel around Tokyo from.

extremely friendly staff, great location, walking distance from station. lots of food options for dinner within walking distance. room cleaning service was great. only issue i had was with space within the room. if you have lots of luggage and what your luggage to be opened and lying on the floor, this may be difficult. lots of space under the bed to keep your luggage. will definitely stay again if i travel to tokyo again

The accommodating staff allowed us to leave 1 luggage while we went to Hiroshima. It was really helpful for us while we were traveling, Thank you to the two guest staff. It was really a nice gesture, an extra mile doing for your guests. We really appreciate it.
