Not clean bathroom and our room, frige not working, when calling staff for they asked to call different number and they say will come and they never did. We didnt eat their breakfast as we knew the standard. When i asked the staff wanted t o see the manager they said ne was not there this happened few times. Staff were acting really strange. I mentioned on 1st day fridge not working they said its working i put my medicine and after 10 hours its gone bad as f r ide not working

The Deluxe room was very spacious. It was very clean and well mentioned. However, the towels were too old. The breakfast had a wide range of South Indian foods.

Very good value for money.
Rooms and location were excellent. Staff was very helpful. Being in city centre, rooms at lower levels don't have very good views, but from terrace we had excellent views of city.

Enjoyed our stay.!
The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to speak with the manager Mr Mani directly when we needed extra help and he solved those problems immediately which we appreciate very much and our thanks to him for arranging the transportation for our Temple tour. Easy access to shops and a mall. The hotel has 3 good restaurants serving delicious food- veg & non veg which was great. Rooms were clean and bedding fresh. The minus point....internet service was very disappointing. All in all value for money and we are our friends enjoyed our stay.

Great Trichy stay
Great hotel, close to bus stand and eateries. Food at the meridian restaurant owned by the hotel is amazing and good value. Rioms are spacious and clean.

Hotellet lå midtby bylivet, som er særlig hektisk og overvældende med vanvittig trafik - spændende at opleve. Ind på hotellet r der pæn og ren og meget hjælpsom personale.

hotel was adequate. clean rooms, restaurant was ok as long as you stuck to south indian food. hot water in the rooms is an issue. runs out fast and is unpredictable. overall, comparable to a standard motel in N. America.

Convenient Clean and Good service
Only thing you feel is that the lobby attendants are forcing you to let them handle even your smallest hand bag or appears to provide some service to get an opportunity to expect tips which appears a bit superfluous service and irritating.

good location but rooms average for the price
Noisy air conditioning unit (not central a/c as advertised),no fridge (which had been promised), room a bit shabby. Location good. Restaurant good. We stayed elsewhere when we returned to Trichy.

Very ordinary. And that's a compliment.
Old hotel refurbished, but feels grimy all over. Garish furnishings don't help. And the reception staff have a stiffer upper lip than the Brits.

Cleanliness was only issue
Excellent staff with almost instant response to any request. Food was amazing at the restaurant on the ground floor. Staff were very attentive and helpful. My only concern was the cleanliness , i would rate them much higher if it was cleaner . The toilet and shower could do with some work.

More of a 2-star hotel
For a supposedly 3 star hotel, the hotel amenities are pretty average. Uncomfortable bed. Rooms have the old style manual lock and key, which are bulky to carry around with you. Try Grand Gardenia or Sangam instead.

Very Poor value for money
The only redeeming feature about this hotel is the friendly service. The bed linen was of outstandingly inferior quality! As to the surroundings,the less the better.For all this,I paid more than what I would have paid for a far better motel in the USA. Honestly, Hotels.com or Expedia ought not feature this hotel. I feel I was tricked by the three star rating . Indeed , I have been burned by Hotels.com ratings system and it is very deceptive.I am considering not using Hotels.com at all

Good location.
I made my booking (and paid) on AirAsia Go 4 days before my arrival. I was tired and it was 11.30pm. The receptionist could not find my booking in his registration book (like a log book!). I had my booking confirmation in my email which was in my phone too and showed to the receptionist. He could not see it. Hence I offered to email it over to them. But no, they insisted that I go to their 'business centre' to print and send the email over. Fine. I go to this business centre which had all of 1 functional but virus laden desktop pc. I could not print, could not send anything and I wasn't getting anywhere. I start getting annoyed and angry. And noticing this, i finally get some decent service and was assigned a room quickly. It did not need to get to that point. But to be fair, they took good care of me after initial experience - ie. cab arrived earlier than requested for my return to the airport and they also made me a sandwich because my departure was before the breakfast buffet start time.

Good hotel, don't trust the room description
Great place to stay but beware of the description of the room in hotels.com. In the description for the deluxe and executive rooms are exactly the same. In fact, but the description given is for, the more expensive, deluxe room.

Preferred stay while in Trichy
Great. I have been staying in this hotel for last 20 years whenever I visited Trichy. The place, hotel, service restaurant and people, everything is nice to our liking.
