For your next stay with us we highly recommend booking an Urban Balcony Premium Guest Room, as it's in a lower price category but you can benefit from many aspects of a harbour room. At reception we have a variety of snacks we have lovingly sourced available 24/7 and have introduced a new late night menu. We have other pillows on offer if guests inform us that they would like them changed, this is stated in our Room Compendium. Maintenance issues are unexpected but if we are informed we can arrange our Maintenance Team to service your room quickly or provide a room move.
