The staff was very courteous, professional, and customer oriented. Since this hotel is in close proximity to the airport, there are not much options for dining near the hotel.

The Only problem with this hotel is the main pool. It would be fine for a motel 6, but for this property, it’s an embarrassment.

A great overall experience! Our room had a beautiful view of the bay. The hotel was so quiet and peaceful. It was a nice escape.

be prepared to have your room given away!
I had booked a double room and they gave it away. they said that they can overbook by 10 percent. And basically there was nothing they could
Do for me but give me a cot. the cot they gave me is gross. old and gross. Very disappointed. I wasn’t even offered compensation until I said what are you going to do to compensate this. which they did say they would take $75 Off the price. I would rather of just had my room that I booked. I was very disappointed when I got to the hotel because of this and it really ruined my night, it took me a while to get over it. Will not be coming back

This property was comfortable, quiet, had nice amenities and was in a great location with regard to our ability to get to where we wanted to go.

L’hébergement est très bien , les piscine sont top , les personnelles est super également pour subvenir au besoin le cas où ,

They see I got the king with bathtub for cheap and refuse to give me the room I booked. The caulking needs redoing in bathrooms. The rooms could be updated given the nightly price. It’s not like the Park Hyatt! Very disappointed given it’s a Hyatt.

Restaurant was good, staff was friendly. Only complaint is that the beds were too small and pillows were stiff.

Beautiful property and rooms. In room coffee station is lacking for this level of accommodation. “Coffee whitener” which is some concoction of chemicals no one should consume instead of cream is not acceptable. The restaurant was good but but staffed for the morning rush of a fully booked hotel and lead to long wait times and late check out. And while I’ve never complained about too much hot water, there was no cold water for morning shower leaving only scalding water as option. You could do better for the price.

Close to the airport, but nice quiet area. Nice property and surrounding area.
