My first time staying at Muzik Hotel - Ximen Station Branch and it was a really pleasant and comfortable stay. Best feature of this hotel was the location! It is 6 minutes from Exit 6 of Ximen MRT station and it is soooo centralised that you can explore Ximending on foot from this hotel. Most of the good food places are few minutes walk. The rooms are cosy and clean. I like that they have a common dining area/pantry for their guest to get coffee/tea and some snacks there. The free foot spa area is a great addition to their service provided. Love how smooth and relaxed your legs will feel after. Service is also VERY GOOD! Very efficient team and will do their best to help their guests. Kudos to Mya on helping us with our transport and Harry for helping us with our toilet situation. You made our stay an enjoyable and a memorable one. Definitely will recommend this place to friends who are looking for a accomodation when exploring Taipei!

Booking through third party apps like Expedia offers you a lot of selection, but the prices are often inflated. The location of the hotel was convenient, but for the price we paid, the rooms were disappointing. It’s a poorly designed interior space using low quality finishes and lacks any skilled construction. There were drill holes that weren’t plugged, excessive caulking in the bathroom to cover up mistakes and a lack of ventilation which resulted in mildew rooms. Despite windows, there are no views unless you want to see dingy walls covered in city rust. This hotel needs serious maintenance and upgrades.

Overall okay during our stay but the towel should change to new batch as one of the day I got the towel with holes. Not small is big hole. Hopefully the hotel can consider to change.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Can speak English. They offer late night snack of instant noodles. Ironing board/Iron is available upon request with a deposit. Requested for extra pillows which were provided in the room. No cleaning of room during stay but they offer a change of towels when requested. Trash is bagged and left outside door which they will clear daily. Overall a pleasant experience and will definitely book again when travelling to Taipei. It is just a few minutes walk to Ximending.

Muzik Hotel in Ximendeng district
Staff was friendly. I requested early check in because my flight arrived early. Their website says free early check in, however because I did not book directly from their website, they charged $300 per hour for early check in. They would not allow free early check in but looked after my suitcase until I returned at 3pm to check in. There is no daily cleaning service and you cannot flush toilette paper down the toilette. Used toilette paper is disposed in the garbage bin. You must also collect your garbage and put it outside your room every morning. The location of the hotel is very close to the MRT (subway). Everything is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The hotel offers free drinks and snacks. I probably wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, although the location is the main reason I selected it.

Last night of my stay someone is smoking in other rooms I can smell it from the centralised aircon. Staff said will check but did not revert. Next morning I smell smoke again and staff said they will "check"......anyway it's last day so I dont bother

Nice hotel near everything!
Hotel was good and staff was professional and helpful. I was assigned to a room (3 nights) near the elevator and occasionally got woke up by the elevator noise during the nights.

西門町方便之選
出入西門町很方便,西門町捷運6號出口行6-8分鐘左右的一幢商業大樓內。房間不會有煙味怪味,整潔和舒適。不是新裝修,但也不舊。大廳有很多飲品供應。還有泡脚池可預約浸泡。遇到問題前堂也很快幫忙解决了。如果浴室的花灑可調教角度和高度就好了、另外如房間有英規插頭和USB充電插就更完美了!下次會再入住。

The request for the makeup of room was worst. The in-charge only cleared the rubbish bin and add new towels. For the 5 days stay, there was no tidying up of the beds and i noticed the floor was quite dirty as if nobody cared about the cleaniness. It was way much better on my last stay. I do not recommend this hotel since nobody bothers to upkeep .

Very close from MRT station and the center of Ximending. The room is spacious and clean. Honestly I would prefer quieter part of city, but once you get inside the hotel, it was cozy and peaceful. Coffee available 24 hours, and the front staff are all very kind and nice. Totally worth for what I paid.

The area is in XiMenDing and near to two train station which is really helpful. They also provide free drinks and other discounts too! Such as free spa in their hotel. Staff there is useful and helpful as well!
