The rooms were in bad shape, they were clean but the floor boards sank as you walked on them. There was peeling paint in the bathroom and the bed was rickety. There was no wifi in the room at all. However your employees were amazing!

You must have realistic expectations. The room was clean. It’s an old property in an industrial part of town. Lots of street traffic and it’s loud. All night long. We only had to stay one night before our connection then we were gone. You can do anything for one night.

Good things : the sheets were clean and the AC was working. But the beddings were stained. There were stains also on the walls and the furniture was in bad shape. The electric kettle was dirty and the glasses too... Not worth the price at all!

Good for one night stay to catch cruise. The cruise terminal is not close to hotel. Not walking distance , need taxi to get there. Check in was fast and efficient.

Comfortable enough for a quick stop over and convenient to walk to the market and ferry terminal. I would have appreciated more shelving and hooks in the bathroom, especially in the shower for toiletries. After we figured out the A/C, the temp was comfortable for sleeping. Not fancy but felt safe and a decent price.

The person at the front desk was super nice. I thought it was a great deal for the money. The only thing I didn’t like is that it was a weekend night and being downtown. The young people were a little rowdy outside of the building. I live in San Francisco and it is much noisier here. We had some kind of a premium room and it was really nice. We were not on the top floor and did not hear noise from any of the adjoining rooms. Papeete hotels are super expensive, but this one was not.

We stayed here before an early morning flight and it was perfect. Easy check in, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms and walkable to everything you need.

Walk to Port in 5 to 10 minutes. Close to shopping. Rooms were big but it is an old hotel ,but a good price for a night or to. Nice towels of all things with coffee in room. It is in industrial area ,looks seedy but felt safe

although the room was less than satisfactory, the staff was very nice. There was a Broken shower, layers of dirt under the bed, spiders in the shower, Molded and cracking ceiling with water damage, baseboard falling off, lots of patches all over the walls, tiny 20 inch TV, toilet seat, falling off
