Bedbugs in Room 125, Unkind Staff
Bedbugs in room 125, underwear found in the bed of another room, gum stick to the bathroom wall and pool closed by the health department. We found bedbugs in our room and were moved to another. When I tried to speak with to the man at the desk he raised his voice at me and refused to discuss any discount or refund. He also refused to discuss helping us clean our luggage. Clerk was disrespectful and got angry when we raised concerns. Breakfast was poor quality with limited options. Carpet in the rooms has clearly not been cleaned in a long time, it felt very gross when we took our shoes off. We had to wash every single thing that entered the Syracuse Inn & Suits. We will not be staying there again, and neither will our family members who stayed the same weekend.

Terrible experience.
Room was not clean. We found someone ‘s dirty panties under the headboard. My daughter found bed bugs in her room. DO NOT stay here. Swimmers pool was closed.

Room smelled terrible on entry. No internet access card available and when calling front desk I couldn’t understand what they were saying due to language barrier. Phone has no directory on it so you have no clue how to call out. They came and slide a note under my door for password, place does not have high speed internet, don’t plan on using a work computer cause it would run fast enough. All in all I would not stay here again. Oh and the microwave had an awful smell to it when I warmed my dinner up

Nice big room at a reasonable price. Bed comfortable: mattress firm, pillows neither too firm nor too soft. AC worked well despite hundred-degree highs and a south window. No difficulty with wi-fi. I've stayed here before, and will happily stay here again in the future.

Pool was closed for health violations it appeared from post on wall. Exercise room was closed due to no working exercise equipment. First room had a dead bug in the bed when covers pulled back. Back entrance had beer cans that were not picked up in the 2 days we were there

I've been going to this place for many years once or twice a year. At first it was ran down. The new owners are starting to put a little bit money every year into it. Easy access. Very friendly clean

We had the room across from the washer/dryer. There’s no door on the room. Someone put jeans in at 10 PM. They kept us awake until midnight. Then someone put another load similar sounding at 5 AM. It was a 20ish Hispanic who departed via the back door when confronted. Also the refrigerator didn’t work and the shower which was marked hazardous truly was. Finally the toilet rocked when sitting on it and whistled when flushed. Needless to say we left at 6 AM never to return

This Inn has potential. They are in the process of painting and remodeling, which is desperately needed. Our room was clean and freshly painted. The breakfast was horrible! I got a bagel, and it was so hard I immediately threw it away. There was a car in the back corner of the parking lot with some sketchy folks hanging around it. That made us so nervous we chose to park and walk thru the front door. The side door was not locked which is a HUGE security threat to me (especially with the folks hanging around the parking lot.) I would not return.

Our shower was antiquated. The shower head needs to be replaced and the temperature gage needs oiling or something as was very difficult.to get hot water. Otherwise, could use a coffee maker but everything else was ok.

Usually stay here serval times a year the bottom floor rooms are not the greatest im not a fan of being put in a room up front of parking lot. 2nd floor rooms are clean and nice could use a lil updating on toliet paper holders and other small things. Like i said i stay there serval times a year and front desk guys are decent and friendly
