Concierge I found to be rude. I rang and said Id be early, then rang back and said no I won't be early, concierge said I'd have to apologise to the cleaners. I think they were joking, but I found it made me feel very uncomfortable. I didn't have to ring and give them notice that I wasn't arriving early, it was a courtesy and I didn't get the same courtesy back.
Upon arrival concierge talked for 10 minutes with the person in front of me, when serving me, he said Í can see you're annoyed'. I found the attitude passive aggressive and not welcoming whatsoever.
