Thank you Renee for your great comments. We agree, the views from the penthouse apartments are spectacular, 180 degree uninterupted views of forever. Bali Hai is centrally located between Hastings St and Noosa Junction, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shope. All of the apartments are stocked with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Dear guest, we are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay at Bali Hai. We (the managers) were away during your stay so were unable to attend to your issues as promptly as we would normally do. Unfortunately the air conditioner in the bedroom decided to 'pack it in' on the day of your arrival. Also, being a weekend, there wasn't a great deal the relief manager could do for you untill the electricians returned to work on Monday. It has been an extremely hot summer season in Noosa this year and the electricians were run off their feet fixing so many units that they couldn't get to Bali Hai until the Tuesday. The air conditioner in the lounge dining room is still operating perfectly but during 30 degree days and 23/4 degree nights this may not be enough. We hope that you will return one day.

Hi and thank you for your perfect score, it is greatly appreciated. Bali Hai's apartments are very large and spacious with all the amenities included to get your holiday off to a good start. Noosa, as with much of the country, has had a very hot and long summer. You will be happy to know that all of the apartments that didn't have air conditioning in the main bedrooms are currently having them installed. So next time you can sleep peacefully. Hello and thank you for your comments. Bali Hai's apartments are very large in size and are fully self contained providing you with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The views from the balconies and the roof top terraces are spectacular uninterupted views of forever. 3 of Bali Hai's penthouses have roof top spa's, these are a bit more expensive than the one you booked due to it not having a spa. It does however, have a roof top BBQ, outdoor eating and sun lounge area with 180 degree uninterupted views of forever, possibly the highest point in Noosa. The street below Edgar Bennett is Noosa Drive. This street has many accommodation properties including a small hotel which serves great meals. We have spoken with management of the club who have said they are putting on extra security on Noosa Drive, during busy times, to ensure the noise doesn't flow out onto the street. Noise does travel, especially up hill, unfortunately we can't do anything about that. Regards.

Bali Hai's apartments are kept to a very high standard, the apartments are extra large so are very roomy and have all the facilities you need for a comfortable holiday. Bali Hai is centrally located between Hastings st, Main beach and Noosa Junction business area. Only a short walk to the many attractions Noosa has to offer and surrounded by many restaurants. Set back off the main street, Bali Hai is very quiet and relaxing in the evening.

It was a pity you only had a brief 2 day stay, it just isn't enough time to sit back relax and take in what Noosa has to offer. The beach and Hastings st are only 600 metres from Bali Hai and there are other options for those who don't like walking such as buses and taxi's. Hopefully you will be able to stay longer next time, we hope to see you again soon.

We endeavour to ensure that the apartments are kept very clean and to a high standard. Bali Hai is centrally located between Hastings St and Noosa Junction, only a short walk to all destinations of Noosa.

Thank you Shalini for posting your comment. Yes, Bali Hai's apartments all have 2 large bedrooms a full size bathroom and also an ensuite. As you say, travelling with another couple make the apartments very user friendly, and there is plenty of space not to get in each others way and you still have your own privacy. Bali Hai Apartments have stunning views along the Noosa river and out to the hinterland mountains. The apartments are located only 600 metres away from Hastings street and the main beach and 400 metres from Noosa Junction. Only an 8-10 minute walk to everything including restaurants and shops. The apartments are set 1 street back off the main road and the main bedrooms are located at the back of the building, ensuring guests get a peaceful night sleep. We hope you will visit us again soon. Dear Monica, as a reminder, you booked a 1 bedroom ensuite apartment for 2 guests. There were no specific requests for air conditioning in the bedroom, not many of our apartments have it as the large unit in the lounge area works efficiently if the doors and windows are kept closed. As we were fully booked, you were extremely lucky to have received an upgrade, free of charge, to a lovely newly furnished apartment with spectacular views over Noosa. There were insects in the apartment after the first night because you left doors and windows open and left all the lights in the apartment on all night, this will attrack insects and yes, we did clean this up for you, again, free of charge. Monica, you also had 3 guests in the apartment, which again, you received free of charge. Best wishes.
