Dear Danielle, Thank you for your honest feedback regarding your stay at Atrium 105. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the location of the property and our VIP private guest shuttle! However, we are disappointed to hear you were did not enjoy some other aspects of your stay. We understand that the unit is not the most updated, and apologize that it did not meet your expectations. While we are unable to control the age of the property, we certainly can control the cleanliness—I will meet with our housekeeping staff to ensure that future guests do not encounter any cobwebs. We have logged your complaint about the beds and reported it to the homeowner in hopes of getting them replaced, so thank you for mentioning that. We also thank you for your feedback regarding the temperature in the unit and suggestion for ceiling fans, this is something we can certainly bring up with the unit owner as well. I am very sorry to hear the fan in your unit was not working, we have since repaired/replaced it. Since it has been such a warm Summer here in Breckenridge, we have been stocking extra box fans at our office and wish you had given us a call so we could have provided you with a working one to make your evening more comfortable! After receiving your list of repair items at check out, a maintenance work order was also issued and the shower door and tack strip along the door have been repaired. Atrium Condominiums is a perfect location to experience all of this - just a short walk to historic Main Street and a 10-15 minute walk to the base of the Peak 9 Ski Area. Also available just outside the complex is the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle - making it quick and convenient to get to anywhere in Breckenridge you desire! The Atrium condominiums are oftentimes a popular choice for those traveling to Breckenridge seeking comfortable, economical lodging but wanting to keep their vacation costs down. Located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, many guests enjoy the convenience of walking to Main Street and the slopes (Peak 9). In addition, the free sledding hill (in Winter) and volleyball courts (in Summer) at the neighboring Carter Park are an added value to the complex. We do apologize about your parking troubles. As parking comes at a premium all over Breckenridge, most accommodations do only allow one parking permit with the option to park in overflow parking on the outskirts of town. We do offer free parking for one vehicle at the complex as well as a complimentary guest shuttle exclusive to guests staying with us (this in addition to the free town shuttle). We are also sorry about the hot tub issues and can assure you they have since been fixed. We hope to host you and your family again on any future Breckenridge getaways!
