Great place to stay and walking distance to the old town. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting the christmas markets! Very helpful and kind staff.

Çok memnun kaldığımız bir konaklamaydı. Bir sonraki Strasboug seyahatimizde seçimimiz değişmeyecektir. Tramvay durağının otelin önünde olması ulaşım adına çok büyük rahatlık. Çalışanların güleryüzle her an yardıma hazır olmaları, odanın temizliği, kahvaltının zenginliği, hepsi artı puan.

Comfortable Stay
The check-in process was very smooth and the staff were helpful with our enquiries. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is located about 1 km to the Gare Central and the old town. There is the tram just in front of the hotel which makes it convenient to get around if you do not use to walk. Tram tickets can be purchased on line and it is valid for 24 hrs.

Door could not be unlocked to allow exit from room. Door jam damaged should have been replaced or repaired. Lack of attention to maintenance and building upkeep! One small towel, poor guest experience, does not reflect commitment to guest satisfaction. Could not find power outlet in bedroom area other than tv area and all in use. A new experience unsatisfactory! .

It was a good place
The front desk staff left me hanging around waiting to check in. I had been waiting for quite awhile and then they started checking in other guests. I wasn’t happy about it but eventually they got me my room.

Le séjour c’est plutôt bien passé. Un petit bémol pour la qualité de la kitchenette. Équipement de faibles qualité. La décoration est à revoir. Des raccords de peinture sont à refaire sur plusieurs murs. Je m’attendais à un meilleur standing, nous n’avons pas vraiment l’impression d’être dans une chambre d’hôtel. La qualité des lits est toutefois bonne et la chambre était calme. Le personnel est très agréable.

The front desk person was incredibly helpful, he explained everything well when we checked in and also explained how to use the tram system.

Non è un albergo, bensi un monolocale.
Purtroppo una struttura organizzata come fitto di monolocali,non riesce ad avere servizi da albergo. Questo è successo a strasburgo. Intanto il costo della camera è paragonabile ad un hotel. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile, penso che il problema sia da imputare all'organizzazione generale del gruppo. Sulle note della prenotazione bisogna scrivere che se prendi una camera anche per due gg ,devi sapere che non avrai nessun servizio di pulizia, asciugamani consumate e nessun prodotto da bagno. Da scrivere in grassetto e in tutte le lingue

Nettes Aparthotel für ein paar Nächte. Hauptproblem war für uns, dass man erstens keine Fenster öffnen kann, dh es läuft alles über die Zentrale Steuerung im Zimmer. Zweitens bestand das Bett aus zwei einzelnen Betten, die permanent auseinander gerutscht. Und drittens zu bemängelnder Punkt war die ehr maximal minimalistisch eingerichtete Küche. Es hatte nicht mal ein Schneidemesser.

La cafetera estaba dañada y en cinco minutos la cambiaron por una nueva. Las indicaciones del personal fueron muy acertadas. El único problema el desayuno para celiacos al igual que el resto del país no está bien indicado
