Our stay was pretty easy, and the early check in was really nice after a red eye flight (a fee is charged for that). The property itself is quite dated, our room had a hole in the ceiling and paint peeling off. This was a quick trip so we didn’t have many expectations. Our experience with the staff was pleasant and those expectations were average. Over all it was a good experience.

No where did it say you hand to put a $75 deposit. That you will get back in 5 to 8 days. We had already booked so we could not not pay the deposit. That should be in their description. Shane on expedia and microtel.

Like the place and that was very clean and quiet then only bad thing was the elevator which más making lots of noises and stoping and moving roughly need some maintenance

Overall this was a good room for the price. The listing online is misleading. Some rooms specify non smoking and others don’t which makes it seem as though they are smoking but the whole hotel is non smoking. I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known. The tub had hair in it.

Staff was courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. Rooms were clean & quite. Mexican restaurant was next door and the food was excellent. That was the best Mexican food that i have ever tasted. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The elevator was old and ugly, something like you would expect to see in a warehouse - it made me not want to use it. The areas around the elevator entry/exits were also poorly kept. The shower head leaked and plaster was falling down as a result. Other than that, the room was fine and the beds were good. This was not up to expectations for a Microtel.

The accommodations were clean and the staff was helpful. I don't quite understand why there is a $50 charge at check in. No one told us this ahead of time; and there was no one at the desk when we left to ask. We have stayed at this hotel for the last four years and never had to do this, nor is there any indication of it on the website at booking.

My expectations were low, and I was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean, all of the staff I interacted with were lovely, I would stay here again.

Property is not well maintained, staff is negligent, no soap/shampoo in room, and apparently they had no soap. Breakfast was not staffed, empty food warmers not refilled. In the morning the Cleaning staff was playing loud music in hallway, banging on doors of occupied rooms at 8 am. Heater in room not working properly, thermostat not working, had to manually turn it on and off, and no one available to fix this issue. Do not stay here.
