it was decent for the price ! bed wasn't the comfiest but for the price it was great clean and the staff were really sweet and the continental breakfast w coffee omg yummy not bad for a basic breakfast

Carpet on hall was old and worn out. Wood on night stand next to bed was cracked and in really bad shape. Had to have the front desk open my door, tried four different keys and none worked. Even the front desk had trouble.

This hotel is poorly managed. My room wasn't even cleaned after my first night's stay, despite my talking to the maid about it.

The hotel is value for money. It’s under refurbishment. So currently is very dated and worn. My room was nice though and the staff were very good. Once refurbished it will be amazing. For the money though you can’t complain.

Cleanness overall was good .. I dust everything using the Lysol I brought myself.. The bathroom floor is too old and inside of the bathtub was very yellow ich, it looks like it’s durty but the reality is because the tub is too old and it has to be done some improvement (it does look disgusting).. The bed was made nice with a fresh white sheets, pillows were very comfy.. refrigerator was clean, towels were very clean… the costume service was excellent; EVERYONE!! I hope you’re able to understand my point… If there’s any misunderstanding please don’t hesitate to contact me! I ENJOYED MY STAYING VERY MUCH!! SHEILA COLANGELO!!

Walk on by. Don't. Stop.
I've stayed here before. Never in the past has this hotel required a deposit. Now they do. The front desk requires a $100 deposit to check in to this downtrodden, decrepit property. Upon opening the door to my room, I was overcome by a foul odor that almost knocked me unconscious-- it smelled so bad, even the freezing temps from the cold December air with the window left wide open-- it was bad. So I immediately returned to the front desk to change my room, and assuming since I already waited in line, I could request the attention of hotel staff, given the circumstances involving the misassigned, stench ridden, dirty room. I was wrong. "Excuse me there's a line" stated the front desk agent, who pretended like she hadn't just handed me keys to a compost of sanitary napkins. I mistakenly used a slur in context, and she picks up the phone to call the police! She called the police on a guest for using a word they bleep out on TV, as if it were illegal. Finally, she gave me new keys. F her. F this hotel. It's a dump.

The rooms are very nice, clean and cozy. Very affordable price, best deal for a room compared to other hotels in the area. Parking is convienient. The complimentary breakfast is very good, usually offers eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, cereal, oatmeal biscuts, juice. Shares a space with Stamford Diner which is also great to grab a bite before going to the room. Great quality soaps and shampoos, Dove brand is provided. Beds are soft and comfortable.

There was mold on the wall in my room. Stains on the toilet and inside the shower. The toilet kept running. There was a weird smell in the hallway. I stayed for 2 hours and checked out. I want a refund!

I like your hotels because they're pet friendly I don't have a pet but I think it's a good thing that you accommodate them. My only complaint I guess was that the bed was a little old

The key to the first 2 rooms they gave us didn't work, it took about an hour before we finally got into a room.
