Nice and clean
I really loved it, everything was excellent , nice location in the middle of everything.. but the only problem was NO ELEVATOR, and the hotel it’s in the 3rd floor, so we really strangled with our luggages going up and down..

Couldn't have been more helpful!
Difficult to find, because like many places in St Petersburg There are no real signs above the doors. Don't be put off when you first get inside. When you arrive at the actual hotel on the third floor, things get a whole lot better! What made our stay fantastic was the brilliant service we received from Svetlana. She could not have been more helpful. She guided us to some great restaurants nearby and attended to all our needs and all with a genuine smile. We were only in St Petersburg for one full day ahead of a World Cup game and Svetlana gave us a great route to follow using local transport to take in all the main attractions. Absolutely fantastic, great value and would definitely stay here again. If you're looking for a friendly budget option in St Petersburg, look no further.

Well located hotel in St Petersburg, Russia
I booked several rooms in this hotel for family and friends. The hotel is well located, you can walk to subway station, bus stops and you will find restaurants and stores near by. The hotel staff is good, although sometimes it is hard to communicate with them due to language and cultural differences. In general we were treated very well and the hotel tried to help us with the reservations and other issues. For some strange reason they ask guests to submit a form for next day breakfast, so you have to decide what you are going to have for breakfast a day before. They are pretty obsessed with this, so they are basically chasing you to submit your form for next day's breakfast, which is very annoying. You have always tea and coffee available from a machine, but if you take coffee after certain time, they charge you 50 RUB.

Great room and breakfast
Fantastic clean room with balcony overlooking street. Bit of a walk to main sites but doable. Few quirks with the room but totally acceptable. Weird water pump system and a leaky air Condi. Oyherwise excellent. Great breakfast!

Nice solo getaway
Mini-hotel in a historic apartment building. Very neat but tiny. The staff are attentive and the breakfast is perfect. The area is great for bars and restaurants but a bit far from the tourist sights.

Helt ok hotell. Bra läge. Helt ok service. Det som drar ner betyget är att det var väldigt ofräscht på badrumsgolvet. Det var uppenbart att ingen hade städat där för det var fullt av smuts och hår. Frukosten var ok. Läget drar upp betyget.

Prisvärt, rent, bra område!
Det är bra att veta att hotellet ligger på tredje våningen av en fastighet. Ring upp till receptionen från gatuentrén och gå igenom det lite suspekta trapphuset. Väl inne på hotellet är allting fräsch och fint! Rummen vi fick låg på andra sidan trapphuset, där fanns ett vardagsrum, vilket vi hängde i en del. Rummen i sig är fina och rena. Helt ok storlek (man vill alltid såklart ha större). Madrassen helt i min smak! Kontinentalfrukosten var också helt ok. Några varma alternativ, vilket jag själv föredrar. Hotellet ligger ca 15 min promenad från stadskärnan vilket var perfekt för oss som gillar att gå! Vi kände oss aldrig manade till att ta tunnelbanan.

Très bon accueil, nous recommanderons cet hôtel!
Très bon accueil malgré la barrière de la langue! L’equipe A toujours été réactive et aidante dans nos demandes et requêtes : aide à nos recherches de sortie, Réservation des taxis, préparation d’une box pour remplacer notre petit déjeuner le dernier matin (nous partions à 5h30 de l’hôtel pour l’aéroport!), Chambres un peu petites mais très bon couchage! Petit salon avec thé /café à disposition 24h/24. L’abord de l’hôtel n’est pas engageant. Au 3ème étage sans ascenseur d’un immeuble avec un hall et une cage d’escalier vétuste. Passée la porte c’est très bien. Petit déjeuner correcte sauf qu’ il n’y a pas de fruits. La Wifi gratuite n’est pas toujours performante! Il faut être bon marcheur ou prendre les transports en commun pour les plus grands sites. Nous recommanderons toutefois cet hôtel.

Очень понравилось.
Впечатления самые хорошие. Отдыхали м женой. Жили в небольшом номере, но уютном. Показывали и большие номера, но они дороже. Утром завтрки просто восхитительные. Вечером нужно заказать из меню и утром просто прийти к определенному времени которое сам еще с вечера указываешь и нас с пылу с жару ждал вкусный завтрак. Персонал вежливый и приветливый. Кровать удобная. Все функционирует. Чувствуется добротность в отделке помещений с соблюдением дизайнерской линии. Несмотря на то что отель расположен не на Невском,но в 10 метрах остановка и на 22 автобусе можно устроить себе экскурсию по центру города, проезжает, практически через все достопримечательности.

Wenn das Zimmer nicht gewesen wäre .........
Eigentlich ist das Hotel optimal, aber dazu später mehr. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man kann fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich sehr viele Banken, Restaurants, Supermärkte usw. Das “ Hotel “ besteht aus 2 umgebauten Etagenwohnungen in der 3. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die meisten Wände der Hotelzimmer wurden mit Ständerwerk und Rigips gefertigt. Die Fußböden haben Klickparkett. Schallisolierung …. na ja doch es geht…. Der vorhandene Aufzug reicht von der Größe nicht einmal für einen normalen Koffer, also Treppensteigen ist angesagt und ……… ja das Treppenhaus hat vor sehr vielen Jahren mal bessere Zeiten erlebt. Im Hotel ist jedoch alles sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht aber bis auf 2 Damen nur Russisch. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut und wird teilweise frisch zubereitet. Wasser, Kaffee und Tee gibt es “ rund um die Uhr “ kostenlos. Eigentlich gäbe es nichts zu meckern wenn wir ( 2 Personen und 11 Tage Aufenthalt ) nicht Zimmer 8 bekommen hätten. Zimmer 8 ist bei 2 Personen eine Zumutung. Es passt gerade einmal das Bett und ein Schreibtisch ins Zimmer. Der Einbauschrank( max. 70cm breit aber dafür über 2,5 m hoch ) ist mit einem Spind vergleichbar. Es gibt im Zimmer keine Anlagemöglichkeiten ( Leben aus dem Koffer ) und selbst die Unterbringung des Koffers ( Fensterbank ) bereitete Probleme. Im Zimmer gibt es auch keine Möglichkeit irgendetwas
