I booked several rooms in this hotel for family and friends. The hotel is well located, you can walk to subway station, bus stops and you will find restaurants and stores near by. The hotel staff is good, although sometimes it is hard to communicate with them due to language and cultural differences. In general we were treated very well and the hotel tried to help us with the reservations and other issues.
For some strange reason they ask guests to submit a form for next day breakfast, so you have to decide what you are going to have for breakfast a day before. They are pretty obsessed with this, so they are basically chasing you to submit your form for next day's breakfast, which is very annoying.
You have always tea and coffee available from a machine, but if you take coffee after certain time, they charge you 50 RUB.
