I arrived to the property and was giving a double bed when I booked a king bed. When I arrived to my room I immediately notified the front desk that this wasn’t the room I payed for. I was met with no care or concern. I was told it’s on a first come first serve bases. The room had a smell and the bathroom fixtures fell apart.

I did not like the fact that the entire weekend we was there we was not offered towels no one bothered to see if we needed any we had to go to front desk no one bothered to pick up trash, housekeeping was in the room over from us for hours. i was told parking was included in my stay but still got charged for parking. there was pee on the toilet seat and the floor. other than that my daughter enjoyed herself.

The stay was excellent the problem I'm having is I ordered and paid 2 rooms and they only gave me 1 room and I paid through Expedia so I couldn't get a refund or at least a nights stay I met all required duties and I didn't get accommodated.But other than me loosing $130 I had a great time.

My stay would have been rated higher but the internet did not work correctly and at 2a there were kids yelling and screaming in the hallway. I probably will not stay here again.

The staff was superb! The people at the front desk, especially MJ and Annie - MJ checked us in and Annie checked us out. The restaurant staff was very polite and fun, especially Terronica who served me and my siblings and our spouses - so about 8 people - on 2/29 for dinner.

We always stay at Renaissance St Louis airport when flying out on vacation. The shuttle service is prompt and they have a great bar/restaurant area to relax before the trip. I use the park and fly option, so nice not to have the extra stress after a long trip.

I was actually surprised of how restroom looked, the base of the toilet was cracked, the tub had a number of large rust spots, and instead of having a closet there was a small wardrobe cabinet. It was impossible to hang my suites and my wife’s dresses. The restaurant and room service was really expensive. The telephone service extensions were incorrect , which made it difficult to connect with room service.

Perfect for the Scentsy conference wish the public bathrooms were cleaner 300 women using 2 bathrooms got gross fast!

Great staff and services
Overall this hotel was good for me and my needs, which included a hotel shuttle 24 hours and a near to the airport lodge. Upon my arrival to St Louis certain requested amenities were not set up in the room despite me requesting (crib) given a very late arrival. The room I was assigned to was dirty upon my arrival and it took some time to get a new room and the crib. HOWEVER the service was great--front desk and restaurant staff were amazing. I chose to stay there again on my return to the airport out of town and my room was very clean, requested amenities set up, and staff amazing as before. It really was the great staff that caused me to rebook.

We had our vehicle parked there for the week while we were on vacation. We checked in for the nights stay and went out to our vehicle to go get supper and found the passenger side window broken out of our vehicle, glass everywhere, it had been covered with plastic . We went back into hotel to tell them and they replied " Oh yea we have the police report number for you and that this is happening more frequently". No offer for discounts or refunds. Won't be back. Too bad, GREAT staff and nice hotel but not going to chance that happening again.

Nice hotel, well kept, clean. Room clean bed extremely uncomfortable(maybe new mattress may help). Overnight stay for 2 only received 2 towel sets. Usually receive extra towels. Just saying

We had a wonderful experience with the Renaissance Hotel in St. Louis. The hotel is clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying here and we will be back. Thanks to everyone we encountered.
