We stayed in one of the suites and it was nice having the extra space. The jetted tub was so nice! Definitely used it every day! The outdoor pool is very cold. We tried to go swimming but it was to cold. Overall it was a great stay for the price!

Room was old and dirty. It was cheap though, so you get what you pay for. The television didn't work. I told the front desk and they said someone would come fix it, but no one ever did.

Cleanliness: Everything was clean, from the front lobby, to the room, and even the windows of all the rooms! I think the best part was walking into our room and smelling how clean it was. 5/5 Comfort: The beds weren’t the comfiest and the pillows were very firm. 3/5 Cost: $132 for 2 nights. Pretty good for this economy. 5/5 Breakfast: Waffles, cold cereal, fruit juices, coffee, whole milk, and toast. 5/5

The location is right across the street from the police station. Overall great for the money. The rooms definitely need to have the ac/heating units serviced. They absolutely smell of mildew. You cant run the ac or fan without having the stink flow through. The heater smelled like it was about to catch fire. Beds are not comfortable at all. Sleepable for sure, staff is nice. That smell though, made for a rough week.

This is a budget property that is very acceptable. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was limited. I would stay here again.

The strip under the door was gone so cold air blow in all night. We were able to slide a towel under the door. That helped. The breakfast had only two cereal choices and waffles. The funny thing though was there was a sign that said “do not waist food!” The carpet was torn up by the door and the tile by the bathroom. It was clean but In very poor condition. Oh, don’t forget a blanket because there’s are very thin.

The property needs some touch up. The room is not as clean as I expected. We got a room where the tub was clog with hair. We had to remove the hair for the water to drain. The walls could also use some painting. Paint was peeling off from the restroom. Carpets and floor need to be vacuum. Hair from previous customer was on the floor and sink. Refrigerator was not cleaned out.

This place was good and i loved it at first. Then the night came. The room next to us gave us a very rough time. I called the front desk and they called the next room right away to take action. But the core problem was the the sound proof of the room. My room and the room next door had a door which connected the two rooms and it made it extremely difficult for us to fall asleep as we can easily hear the guys next door talk. Had no sleep that night.

Perfect place for a few nights stay. Nothing spectacular, but did the job. The rooms are a bit dated and the lighting wasn’t the best but overall it was fine. I wish the breakfast offered a few different options rather than only cereal, toast, apple or orange, or a waffle.

I’ve based my rating on the price we paid - which was half of the place we usually stay. Yes, dated but Our room was very clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient. The staff was nice. Our tv remote didn’t work, not a big deal, we used our own devices instead. The breakfast was enough to start our day - coffee, juice, toast, cereal, waffle maker. I’m glad I chose this place and will stay here again.

bonne alternative pour aller visiter Zion
Hôtel bien placé en ville et représente une bonne alternative pour visiter le Parc National de Zion. Une machine à glaçon est présente mais ne fonctionne pas. D'ailleurs lorsque nous y étions, nous l'avons constaté la veille et avions demandé au réceptionniste ce qu'il en était et il a dit qu'il disposait de glaçons dans son local, qu'il pourrait nous donner le lendemain matin, mais le lendemain matin, il nous a dit qu'il n'en avait plus. Nous aurions apprécié qu'il nous dise la vérité, pour nous organiser pour aller en acheter et ne pas perdre 20 minutes. Le petit-déjeuner est assez limité en choix, par ailleurs la salle dispose seulement de 4 tables, ce qui est totalement disproportionné pour le nombre de clients de l'hôtel. Tout le monde s'en plaignait ! Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur pour monter à l'étage.

The convenience for our trip and price for the room was very good. Lamp and curtains had some stains on them though.

BED BUGS, dirty, old, and poor service! STAY AWAY! My children and I recently stayed at this hotel. We had booked two nights, and arrived late. I could tell that the room was not very well maintained and I found dried stuff on the table surface, indicating that the cleaning is sub-par. The mattresses felt 50 years old. All this would have been bad enough. When we woke in the morning, I discovered little bugs on the sheets of the bed. A google search confirmed that they were bed bugs! I took several photos as proof, then went to the front desk and requested a refund for my entire reservation- the night we had stayed, and the second upcoming night. The desk clerk was apologetic and refunded my money. He informed me that they had just had the pest control over the past week- he was trying to appease me, but it only made it worse to know this is not the first problem they've had; obviously they aren't dealing with this situation! I thought the incident was over at that point. However, when I checked my card charges, I found that, while they had refunded my two nights through Expedia, they had re-charged me a higher rate for one night! I contacted them directly with photo evidence, and they finally refunded me completely. None of this paid for the suffering we went through with bed bug bites for the rest of our trip, the hardship and expense of finding another hotel on short notice, or the cleaning I had to do to make sure we did not take bed bugs into our house. STAY AWAY!

Hello Shannon Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but after you have left the property we immediately contact the pest control to take care of the issues you have complaint about and after the inspection it was discovered it did came from your luggage. and clothes which you left on the floor. also we have refunded you full amount without any hesitation even thug it wasn't our fault. Please note STOP providing false and misleading information over and over. We did made a mistake Guest like you should be charged without any refund when you provide false statements / reviews.
