Fabulous

2nd to none service, especially in the hotel's restaurant. From check-in, to check-out the hotel never disappointed. Reception staff were always available & informative, the shuttle bus to/from town center was a super service, the public bus stops outside for Amalfi trips and the food was delicious. The jewel in the crown for hotel Amnita was the restaurant's manager, with a fantastic memory for our foodie preferences, and managing his staff and the restaurant in the most wonderful way. It was such a treat.

This is such a beautiful hotel The restaurant has excellent food and the staff are very friendly. The room and view are beautiful, overall one of the best hotels I have visited. The free shuttle into town are an added bonus. Breakfast was delicious

소렌토 중심가에서 셔틀로 10분 정도라 가깝고 호텔 서비스 청결도 조식 모두 좋았어요!! 가장 좋은건 쾌적한 객실에서의 지중해 뷰!! 가족여행으로도 추천해요 ^^

Fue muy cálido el trato que nos brindó todo el personal del hotel. Se esforzaron para que tengamos una grata estadía. La habitación que nos dieron era muy amplia y cómoda, ideal para una familia de 4. El servicio de Transfer que ofrecen para ir al centro de Sorrento permite movilizarse sin tener que complicarse usando el auto.

Beautiful hilltop location with Million $ views. Gorgeous! Loved the quite location away from the town center, yet easily accesible by shuttle or even a healthy walk. Facilities were very clean and upscale. Veranda was special and outdoor bar and pool. Restaurant staff very professional & pleasant & in white jacket attire. Food was very good. The only complaint I have is that they close the pool & hot tub at 7 pm. If you are touring it makes it hard to get back and swim or hot tub by then. Should be open till say 9pm.

직원들은 모두모두 친절했습니다. 레스토랑 서버, 운전기사, 청소해주시는 분 모두. 특히 카운터 매니저분이 너무 좋으셨어요. 아이가 아파서 병원을 가야했는데 차로 병원에 갈 수 있도록 도와주시고 다른 도시 병원까지 이송되었었는데 먼저 연락을 주셔서 소렌토역으로 차를 또 보내주셔서 밤에 무사히 돌아 올 수 있었어요. 이런 응급상황에서 손님을 배려해주는 자세만 보아도 서비스의 질을 알 수 있는 것 같아요. 소렌토 바다너머로 보이는 폼페이와 나폴리 전망이 환상적이에요. 객실도 오래됐지만 깨끗했습니다. 참고로 이탈리아에서는 절대 아프지 마세요. 공공의료는 무료이지만 매우매우 오래 기다려야 하고 시설도 낙후되어 있고 의사 간호사들이 영어를 못해서 굉장히 곤혹스러웠습니다. 나중에 알아보니 개인병원은 비싸지만 빠르다고 합니다.

El mejor hotel donde nos hemos quedado. Un lugar excelente para descansar, meditar y relajarse. Todo su personal es espectacular y a pesar de que queda en una montaña tienen un servicio gratuito cada hora para bajar al pueblo y luego subirte. Además que Sorrento es único. Lo recomiendo 💯 %

Great hotel

We had a brilliant time - Shane it wasn’t longer. Staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. We were given an upgrade; the food was amazing and table service was fantastic. The hotel has fabulous views and everything you need is there. I would happily return.

great place

very nice place, great breakfast - lovely setting - excellent service. It is quite far from the city center but they have a free shuttle that worked out very well. Would for sure stay there again if back in the area. We drove, but found one could train from Rome and do bus trips from Sorrento and do just as well.

I stayed in the Annex which is a five minute walk from the main hotel. We had a view over looking the garden. Room was big with enough storage for.two people and a room safe which is included. We only used the restaurant which was well above my expectations. There is a courtesy bus from 9 am to and from Sorrento to 11.30pm. However there are breaks of two hours in the afternoon and night time. As we had an early checkout the hotel had provided a small breakfast pack which was completely unexpected. I would have no hesitation on recommending the hotel or stay here again.

Unique position of hotel giving view of bay of Naples excellent. Shuttle bus service to town very useful. Staff very attentive and polite. Good facilities. Cleanliness fantastic. Good value for money.

This property was a bit out of the way and the taxi from the port to reach Grand Hotel Aminta was pricey. Around 28 euro. Once I arrived at the Hotel however I was greeted with a warm smile and although I got in much earlier than the check-in time, they were accommodating by escorting me to my room. The hotel is larger than it seems at first and they had me stay off of their west wing annex which was a bit of a walk from the main hotel but a lovely walk as this takes you through a garden of Grapes, Lemon's and some other fruit that I vaguely recognize as Lychee (although I'm sure it's not the same). I didn't mind the walking distance. The room was small and quaint but clean and comfortable. The room I selected was supposed to be a garden view but it also turns out it was an ocean view as well since the hotel sits on the top of the Mountain and overlooks the sea. It is certainly not conveniently located as there is nothing around but homes and B&B style places but they make up for it by giving transport services into town essentially every hour except between 1230 and 330. The room on the annex was a bit loud as other guests pass through the corridors and into their rooms but I didn't notice anything after the late hours that was too disturbing. The breakfast was good, the pool was heated and the jacuzzi was spectacular under the tuscan stars. I would stay again.
