We are so pleased to read your positive mention to hotel location, lounge area and our eco friendly policies. Our staff pays close attention to cleanliness of each room and hotel areas, we are so sorry you were not satisfied with cleanliness standards and we do sincerely apologise.It is so so so surprising for us to hear our breakfast selection didn't impress you! Everyday there's egg station, ham and cheeses, fresh fruit, vegetables, cereals, tons and tons and tons of homemade cakes, any kind of fruit juice or hot beverage and much more... is this a 3 star hotel breakfast?!?! The widest widest part of our guests loves our breakfast buffet and we do have not residents guests that visit our hotel for breakfast only!!! It's so strange to read about inconveniences with cleanliness of the room, we pay a lot of attention in cleanliness and the widest part of our guests is very impressed. We do sincerely apologize if you could not experience the same. This is a very busy period in the area, restaurant and cars are always fully booked. You only had 1 night stay with us, so we had not a lot of time to book this services in advance and unfortunately we could not find any availability (not due on us). Maybe you did not notice that we are the first zero waste hotel in Italy, according to our zero waste policy we charge €3 for pool towels to avoid useless washes and consumption, at the end of the season the whole profit from pool towels hire will be used to plant trees in our territory. In any corner and floor of our hotel there are water dispensers (for free), we encourage our guests to use refillable bottles instead of plastic ones.
