We are very disappointed to see this review and the score that hurts any property. This guest booked a standard in the Vineyard Room section with a King Bed. shortly after arrival, we were informed by the guest that the fire alarm was chirping. We apologized and informed that we will have the maintenance replace the battery right away - give them an option to a free upgrade to a Countyard Suite (newly remodeled in 2021) hardwood floor, AC/Heating, Sitting room with complete wet bar, Window with views of the vineyard. Upon coming back to the desk for free upgarde, she said that she likes free upgrade and that she is a serious review writer. I am sorry the same room a guest stayed in the week after for 3 days and were so happy that they went and even bought the front desk Apple Gift card to thank for their service. Please see the room where wendy stayed in the courtyard suite for your self. Thank you Giselle - we appreciate you and your review. The pool's bottom concrete at the edges got a little discolored in 2019 Floods. Pool gets chemically tested on daily basis and surprise visited by county on a monthly. It is just discoloration, the fix is a major undertaking to redo the whole pool which we are looking into.

We pride ourselves on giving the best possible experience and I am sorry we fell short in this instance. We will be reviewing our rooms and the furniture in them to address your feed back.

Thank you for bring the issue to our attention. These rooms are very recently remodeled and of all the new A/C install this room is the only and first that had a issue of water dripping which since then has been addressed. We hope to see you again soon.

Thanks for sharing your view - we were flooded a few years back and then shut for Covid. Most people enjoy our Beautiful grounds and proximity to the down. Most rooms are remodeled so please ask for a newer suite when you visit. Pool is open to all guest and is monitored and test everyday and is surprised visited by the county twice a month.
