A estadia foi excelente, casa muito bem localizada, com limpeza impecável e conforto muito bom. O anfitrião, Ludmil, faz por si só fazer valer a pena. É um búlgaro que domina a história do seu país e que a conta em todos os momentos com uma paixão e conhecimento assinalável. Somos uma família de 4 (2 adultos 2 crianças de 13 e 10) e gostamos muito. Fomos também até Plovdiv com a ajuda do Ludmil.

Casa Ferrari is a cozy home base for exploring Sofia. Ludmil is an engaging host, knowledgeable about history and sites that may be of interest. The personal touch was nice.

The guest did not respond to any of my messages. The guest did not arrive at B&B, although I waited for him out of regural check-in time. This guest did not stayed in Casa Ferrari B&B.

Un accueil extraordinaire !
Un hôtel qui ne paie pas de mine, légèrement excentré. Déco un peu passée, mais confort au rdv. L’accueil est au top ! Le proprio est hyper sympa et plein de bons conseils. Supérettes et restos pas loin Encore mille mercis !

One of the owners was very nice! He picked me up from the airport for a minimal fee! He prepared a breakfast for me, he’s a good conversationalist and knows the history of this country and I also feel secure in his property and neighborhood!

My new home away from home
I am very thankful to Ludmil, the owner and happy I chose this place. Traveling by my self and physically challenged, 60 y/o, it was plausible even for me, to get everywhere walking. Ludmil gives you a very thorough background of the history of Bulgaria, a taste of the Bulgarian delicacies as part of breakfast and is willing to accommodate you in any way he can. Thank you Ludmil, for making it a home away from home for me. I warmly recommend the place.

Situé à quelques minutes de marche du boulevard Vitosha et des principales attractions de Sofia. Chambres très propres et confortables. Excellent accueil par l'hôte qui nous fait sentir chez-soi dans ce B&B. Je recommande fortement.

Before booking I wasn't sure about this choice but the host is very friendly and knowledgeable and the rooms are clean, fresh and comfortable. You can try out Bulgarian breakfasts and it's well located near the tourist sites. Definitely recommend!

Great peaceful location
Excellent location, very quiet and close to the centre of the city. It was only about 10 minutes walking from the nearest metro. The host was wonderful and gave me a very good summary on Bulgarian history and his pride in his country was evident. Went on the walking tour of Sofia which was excellent.

Ludmil is a wonderful host. He picked us up at the airport, drove us to an out-of-town monastery and gave us loads of information. His knowledge of Bulgarian history was great & he has a wonderful way of sharing the information. The B&B is in an excellent location, super clean and breakfast was smashing! Three room B&B located on a quiet street.
The owner was friendly and spoke perfect English. He picked us up from the airport and give us a car tour of the city. He helped us ordering a taxi to take us back to the airport in the early morning hours.

Spacious, comfy room in a nice flat
I loved the fact that it was a proper flat in a residential street and not a fake guesthouse in someone's attic. The bed and pillows were comfy and neighbourhood quiet, so I slept well. Metro is a bit of a walk away but there plenty of trams and buses. The owner is very friendly, helpful and talkative. Not just somebody giving keys and taking money.

Great B&B not far from the heart of the city.
Nice little B&B with a great host who was keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The B&B is around a 10-15 minute walk from the downtown area. Typical Bulgarian breakfast is on offer and you can tell the owner what sort of food you would like. The B&B has a kitchen for guests. Ideal for string water, juice, beer, wine and food (sensible fridge quantities). Downtown Sofia is pretty cool. Be sure to do one of the guided walks.

B&B molto grazioso e vicino al centro
Esperienza magnifica. Pulito, accogliente e comodo per raggiungere il centro pedonale a piedi. Colazione bulgara abbondante e sempre diversa. Il gestore è un'ottima guida turistica e si offre per trasporto da e per aeroporto e gite fuori Sofia. Consigliato a tutti.

B & B appartement
Cet hôtel est plus du type appartement partagé avec petite cuisine et salon. On peut donc se faire la cuisine et l'hôte est disponible le matin pour discuter de vos questions (en anglais) de tourisme ou de la vie en Bulgarie. Il offre de vous cueillir à l'arrivée et il faut en profiter parce que la rue de l'hôtel est petite et pas facile à trouver même si près du centre. Comme l'hôte ne vit pas sur place, on est comme chez soi et on ne dérange pas si on veut se reposer un après-midi. À voir sans faute pour les petits cadeaux, le commerce au coin de la rue et la dame parle un excellent français.

Supernetter Besitzer der mit vielen Informationen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stadtgeschichte und Restauranttips behilflich ist. Sehr guter wlan-Empfang. Zimmer tiptop sauber. Parkplatzsituation etwas knifflig, werktags gebührenpflichtig, am WE umsonst und manchmal nur ein paar Straßen weiter was zu finden.

wonderful bed and breakfast
I had a great stay at the hotel for three nights. The room was very clean and comfortable and was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The owner of the bed and breakfast is very kind and friendly and offers a lot of interesting information about the history of Bulgaria. The best part of my stay was the wonderful breakfast that was offered (authentic Bulgarian breakfast dishes combined with delicious coffee). The only (slight) negative to the hotel is the location - a bit far from the city center (a 30-minute walk to the Alexander Nevsky cathedral) but, if you don't mind that, it's definitely a great place to stay.

Piccola struttura (tre camere), vicinissima alla zona centrale (Vitosha boulevard), tranquilla, pulita e molto confortevole. Il titolare (Ludmill) è simpaticissimo ed estremamente premuroso e socievole, pronto a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Il rapporto prezzo-qualità é ottimo. Superconsigliato.

Lovely B&B in Central Sofia
This is a nice, comfortable B&B within walking distance of the centre of Sofia. Ludmil, the owner, picked us up from the airport and gave us an interesting tour/history lesson of Sofia en route. Breakfast is traditional Bulgarian. I would definitely stay here next time I am in Sofia.

Great B&B,Owner,City!
One night stay at this place. I have arranged for Ludmil (The owner) to pick me up from the airport and he was there waiting on time. After that he told me a fantastic story about Sofia while we are on our way to the B&B. The B&B is walking distance to many places in Sofia.- And in the morning Ludmil baked me traditional pasty which was very nice. Overall I recommend this place if you want to stay in a cozy place with very nice owner in an amazing city!

ちょっと厳しく評価させて頂きました
ホテルの入口が見つけにくかったです。 また2日目の朝は朝食が出ませんでした。担当者の方が寝坊されたのでしょうか？ 後は快適で申し分ないと思いました。
