Property looks dated on the inside, also some rooms under construction, AC didn’t work too well my room was definitely warmer than I had the temperature set to. The first room I was put in was not cleaned properly and I had to get switched to a second floor room.

We thought the breakfast area was crowded, maybe move the the coffee service from the breakfast area to the lobby to gain some much needed traffic flow.

Staff at check in was very friendly. Room appeared clean at first until my husband lifted the toilet seat and found that it was never cleaned and had crap splattered on it. Hair dryer cracked so I was not comfortable using it. Could smell pot when we walked out the door to our car. No coffee available on our last morning and no staff around to ask. Not a horrible experience but would look for a different place if we go back

The property is in a nice area of the city close to shopping and restaurants. It appears that they have recently remodeled and updated the rooms. Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again as we visit Sheboygan several times a year.

The manager was training an employee. Both were super courteous. The manager was very engaged and constructive in his mentoring. After I was in my room for awhile, I got a phone call from the front desk checking to make sure my room was ok. That’s awesome!

The room was clean and spacious. It looks like they just recently upgraded everything. The bedding was soft and clean- and the bed mattress was amazing 👏 i slept like a rock. The only thing i would mention is that the AC/heater unit had a rattling sound when it turned on. The hotel was quiet and even with having a dog with me- she slept great also.

Great breakfast
Everything was very good, hot breakfast had eggs, cheese omlets, sausage, bacon, waffles, etc. Biggest breakfast selection I have ever seen next to a buffet. Only improvement would be to provide plastic forks and knives that dont break so easy. Not really saving money when you have to use 3 sets to finish eating
