เข้าพักระหว่างวันที่ 16-21 เมษายน 59 จำนวน 2 ห้อง โดยเข้า Check-in เวลาประมาณ 16.00 น. ปรากฎว่า ต้องรอห้องพักเนื่องจากห้องยังไม่เรียบร้อยอีกประมาณ 30 นาที , พนักงานบริการด้วยภาษาอังกฤษยังไม่ดีพอและยังขาดการใส่ใจต่อลูกค้าที่เข้าพัก โดยรวมให้แค่ 3 ดาว คราวหน้าจะไปนอน Intercon ซึ่งอยู่ใกล้ๆกันดีกว่า

As usual, Courtyard is one of my favorite hotels for vacation or business trip, the room quality is good, the customer service is good, the buffet breakfast is good. I have requested to extend the checkout time to 1pm, and the customer service officer proactively extend to 2pm which is excellent!!
