Staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was great. Location was awesome! The room was spacious and comfortable; their was good ventilation in the room even though there wasn’t air conditioning. They had an elevator/lift! Yay!

Very comfortable, nice rooms and helpful staff. A bit of a walk, @15-20 mins, but flat and doabl into the center of town. Breakfast is a bit weak, they could do better.

I was on the 6th floor.was a bit noisy at times with people talking loudly in the hallway.would have liked tea/coffee facilities. Fridge in room and safe.very close to major attractions. So easy to get around.if your 18 to 40 ish.i would recomend a hotel in macarena or centro District .thats where the lively nightlife seems to be.

Perfect place to stay in Seville
Amazing. From great full breakfast for $10 to help with printing Covid test nothing was but perfect. Opposite plaza espana and only a 15 minute walk to cathedral and old quarters. Reasonably priced

Short stay in Seville
A very clean, very nice hotel, with friendly staff, a bit of a walk from the centre (or I could have been lost), but not even a bottle of water in the mini bar on arrival!!? In Spain, in Summer!? But other than that small oversight, exceptional value for money.

The property is in a fantastic location and my overall stay was very positive. Breakfast was included and was very good, my room was clean and well maintained. The only issue I had was the occasional smell of sewage that seemed to be there randomly. Sometimes opening the window helped but sometimes the smell seemed to come from outside. They really should address this issue because I might not go back for that reason alone.

The property is great all around. But awhile I was there there was construction going on in the building. Had to change rooms. Also, a small foul smell when you enter the rooms?????

Would stay here again
Great location. Super short walk to Plaza España and 15/20 to the center! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed help getting a cab because Of the parade and the front desk went above and beyond to be helpful.

A hotel located by Plaza Espana . Walk 5 minutes to public transportation stations, Prado de San Sebastián. Very good location plus good service. I like it.

Good location makes everything convenient
This is a hotel near Plaza de España as well as near Prado de San Sebastián bus/Metro transportation center, which make everything convenient for travelers.

Convenient but average
We enjoyed our stay and the hotel was fine as far as location to see the sights of Seville. However, the room was too dark, even with all the lights on. The bar service times and frequency were unsatisfactory. The reception staff were very helpful.

Nice hotel and view but with compromises
ENGLISH version see below! A hotel elhelyezkedése kiváló, a Plaza Espana mellett és 5 percre a San Bernardo állomástól. A legfelső emeleten kaptunk szobát, ahonnan a kilátás szép volt a városra. A szobában hűtő, légkondi és TV nagy csatornaválasztékkal. Az ágyak kényelmesek voltak, a fürdőszoba modern és tiszta. Minden nap takarítottak. A reggeli változatos és finom volt. Összességében nagyon jó szálloda, 2 dolgot leszámítva, amin még fejleszteni lehetne. Az egyik, hogy a reggelinél zöldség nem volt kirakva, pedig ez egy apróság lenne. A másik pedig, hogy a szobában furcsa, büdös szag jött valahonnan, emiatt folyamatosan szellőztetni kellett. Ha ezeken javítanának, akkor 5 csillagot adnék. ENGLISH version: The hotel has an excellent location, next to Plaza Espana and 5 minutes from San Bernardo Station. We got a room on the top floor with a nice view to the city. The room had a fridge, air conditioning and TV with a large selection of channels. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom is modern and clean. Cleaning was on a daily basis. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall a very good hotel, except for 2 things that could be improved. One is that vegetables were not served at breakfast, even though it would be a small thing. On the other hand, there was a strange, odorous smell coming from somewhere in the room, which required constant window ventilation. If these things were fixed, I'd give them 5 stars.

Great location, breakfast not bad
Pros: Location- Right next to the Plaza Espana and the Maria Luisa Park. Also near bus and tram line stops. The room had mirrors. They were not just in the bathroom. Breakfast was not bad. There were deli meats, cured meats, cheese, fruit, cereal, bread and other baked items. The hotel is fairly priced and the staff are pleasant. Cons: Every now and then, there was an odor that came in to the room through the vents. While the hotel seems like it was renovated at some points, I wonder how old the pipes are...

Great hotel
This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at. It is a very clean & chic hotel in which the staff was very helpful and friendly. It right across from the Plaza se España and Maria Luisa Park two very important places to look at in Seville.

Decent location, noisy
Decent location for walking to historical sites, clean rooms, noise from the street all night, underground parking area available for very small cars is tight and not ideal. If you are travelling from overseas and relying on wi-fi, the signal here is not the greatest.

3single-bed room, bigger than expected. Front desk discreetly attentive. Great Location. Next to.Plaza de España...Nice view of Giralda & Cathedral in distance. Easy driving access though parking was a bit dodgy, opposite the hotel was an empty lot/"car park" (("operated" by assorted characters who requested a tip (1 € was OK) which we opted to use instead of the garage 200 metres away. Just be street smart and don't leave anything visible in your car...good advice for any part of Seville.At times lot becomes packed, so avoid "prime time" We are Spanish, had lived in Seville for years, so aware of pros & cons of the city & situations. Good breakfast bar just down the street (next to Meliá Hotel)
