A very fine stay. We loved the balcony and the bathroom. The beds were not very comfortable and two twin beds are not one queen bed.

The best hotel ever in Europe, location is a plus super good located in the heart of everything, you don’t need anything else, beautiful place and the room super big, confortable, beautiful and clean and Maria José the best great customer service make you feel like family. Right in the heart of Seville, close to all the main sights. Easy to reach on the bus from the airport. Staff were very friendly and our room was on the ground floor just across the lobby from reception. The bed was extrememly comfortable.

The proximity to the historical sights like the Cathedral and Alcazar Palace was perfect. Also close to the Santa Cruz area, lots of bars and cafes for tapas and drinks!

It is a very nice hotel located at the heart of Seville. It is an old house that has been turned into a hotel. The rooms are big, and so are the bathrooms. Everything is very clean. Breakfast was very good, and the staff very helpful at all times. I would say it is a great option for a good prize. I would definitely recommend it.

Whilst this hotel has a lot going for it in many ways, not least its' location and some (but not all) of the staff are friendly, polite, well-informed and efficient, there are certain aspects that I was unhappy with. Firstly, having booked a single room more than three months earlier, the standard of my room was - whilst very clean and efficiently cleaned - it was most disappointing to discover that the room did not have a window...! Pretty basic to say the least. Secondly, the wi-fi connection in the room was at times extremely poor, constantly cutting out. Thirdly, when checking out on my departure date I was suddenly presented with the bill for my stay, despite having been booked through 'Expedia'. I was unaware that the hotel were expecting me to personally pay in person. Surely this should have been raised long before I was checking-out. perhaps more efficiently when I was checking-in four days earlier. I pointed this out when I was suddenly hit with this demand, emphasising that I had a flight to catch directly. The member of staff - unlike all others I had dealt with during my four-day stay - was abrupt, ill-mannered and rude, simply demanding payment, which was made. Thankfully I did catch my flight - no thanks to the member of staff at the hotel,

The property is very City-centre. The central dining area is very classic Spanish design with pillars. My single room was quite small, but did the trick for the two nights. The hotel location is very walkable for the main attractions such as Sevilla cathedral.

Excellent hotel for exploring Seville
This was am excellent choice for visiting Seville. The building and the little plaza and alley where it is located set up the mood for the visit of the visit. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic as it is close to bus and taxi stops, and it is centrally located for visiting most places by foot.

We had a wonderful one night stopover at this hotel in Seville. The reception and catering staff are very warm and welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the location is fantastic for exploring the sights of Seville. A brilliant stay overall, especially the marshmallows in reception…

Nice stay in Sevilla
The location is fantastic, walkable in all directions, close to every want and need. The property is clean, updated and the service is professional and friendly. I wanted a room facing the outside, but was given an inner room with a cute private courtyard. The bathroom was large and clean, the room was also good size. Only negative was my outer door was directly off the breakfast eating area. So, in the morning I could hear people eating and conversation just feet from my door.

I have enjoyed my stay at La Casa De Los Mercadores because the hotel is close to the main attractions, easy to find, the staff are very helpful and friendly as well. The breakfast is lovely and the accommodation was clean and well kept. I have requested an iron for my clothes and was there when I arrived. I really recommend the hotel and I am planning to stay there again. I am happy with my 5 days stay there also the hotel has a great atmosphere and I felt safe there too.

Fabulous hotel highly recommended
Fabulous hotel with marble floors and beautiful enclosed atrium with surrounding balcony on the 1st floor. Even has a reading room on the 1st floor. Excellent, safe, quiet, location in historical centre close to Cathedral & Alcazar. Surrounded by great bars/restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. Deserves better than 3 stars. Some variability in room quality perhaps - I had a double room looking onto the atrium, brother had a very small room with only small high window. Fantastic value for money (booked & paid > 6 months in advance). We would definitely stay in this hotel again! We were using public transport so no parking issues. Note that the hotel is located in a street with no vehicular access, but it is only a short ~30 mtrs walk from taxi drop off/pickup location.

Good location in Sevilla
This was in a great location for a good price. The room was large and comfortable. I did not opt to include breakfast. The central location means that it is a very busy area traffic wise. I had a hard time finding the hotel entrance by car; while I had planned to try to use the hotel parking, I ended up parking in public parking about 2 blocks away for 18 euros for about 24 hours. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Not a big issue, but I had a hard time regulating the air conditioning, and it got so cold I turned it off, which then meant I got hot in the middle of the night.
